Justice is primarily a public service that develops the
use of information technology and communication to
modernize the organization and its methods. The use of its
technology allows the implementation of a genuine policy of
accessibility, each of which may be offered access to all the
basic information useful to the organization of his daily life.
But the justice is not a public service like the others. Its
mission, its status, the general principles of a process' s
democratic it must apply, call for special consideration, put
in the texts on these principles (Articles: 6-1 ECHR, 10
IHRL ....) in a track discussion.
In the legal field, the use of technology and
communication reversal can contribute to the
implementation of the principles of fair trial? And An
unlimited use of these techniques could it emptied of their
contents guarantees afforded to the citizen, the right to
respect for private Viee, right to justice and fair trial?

democratique qu’elle doit appliquer, rendent necessaire une
reflexion particuliere, en met les textes concernant ces
principes( articles : 6-1 CEDH,10 DIDH ....) dans une piste
de discussion.
Dans le domaine juridique, usage des technologies de
Pinfirmation et de la communication peut-il contribuer A Ia
mise en ceuvre des principes du proces equitable ?Et Une
utilisation sans limites de ces techniques ne pourrait-elle
vider de leur contenu les garanties reconnues au citoyen, -
droit au respect de la viee privee, droit au juge et au proces
equitable ?
