چکیدهمقدمه: مبتلایان به بیماری دیابت با چالشهای روانشناختی روبرو میشوند. توجه به درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد در این زمینه حایز اهمیت است. هدف از مطالعهی حاضر بررسی اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر تحمل پریشانی و انعطافپذیری شناختی بود. مواد و روشها: طرح پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی از نوع پیشآزمون-پسآزمون همراه با گروه کنترل بود. جامعهی آماری شامل تمامی بیماران دیابتی نوع دو مراجعه کننده به مرکز دیابت مادر، درمانگاه تخصصی و فوق تخصصی طوبی و درمانگاه مصطفویان شهرستان ساری در سال 99-1398 بود. 30 نفر به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب و به-صورت تصادفی در یک گروه آزمایش (15 نفر) و یک گروه کنترل (15 نفر) قرار گرفتند. گروه مداخله طی 8 جلسه تحت درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد 90 دقیقهای و بهصورت گروهی هفتهای یکبار قرار گرفتند. اما در مورد گروه کنترل در این مدت مداخلهای انجام نشد. پرسشنامهی تحمل پریشانی هیجانی Simons و Gaher (2005) و پرسشنامهی انعطاف پذیری شناختی Dennis و Vander Wal (2010) در مورد آنها اجرا شد. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از میانگین، انحراف استاندارد و تحلیل کوواریانس و با استفاده از نرمافزار23 SPSS- انجام شد. میزان P کمتر از 05/0 معنیداری در نظر گرفته شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد، درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر تحمل پریشانی (001/0, P< 6/807 F=) و انعطافپذیری شناختی (001/0, P< 89/814 F=) تاثیر معنیداری داشت. نتیجهگیری: درمان شناختی مبتنی بر مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر تحمل پریشانی و انعطاف پذیری شناختی موثر بود. بنابراین این مداخله میتواند برای کاهش مشکلات روانشناختی بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو، مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
Background and purpose: People with diabetes face psychological challenges. Attention to acceptance and commitment therapy is important in this regard. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of acceptance and commitment based therapy on distress tolerance and cognitive flexibility. Materials and Methods: The quasi-experimental research design was pretest-posttest with a control group. The statistical population included all type 2 diabetic patients referred to the Maternal Diabetes Center, Touba specialized and sub-specialized clinic and Mostafavian clinic in Sari in 2009-2010. Thirty people were selected as the sample by available sampling method and randomly assigned to an experimental group (15 people) and a control group (15 people). The intervention group underwent 90 minutes of treatment based on acceptance and commitment in 8 sessions once a week. However, no intervention was performed on the control group during this period. The Simons and Gaher (2005) Emotional Anxiety Tolerance Questionnaire and the Dennis and Vander Wal (2010) Cognitive Flexibility Questionnaire were administered. Data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation and analysis of covariance using SPSS-23 software. P value less than 0.05 was considered significant. Results: The results showed that the treatment was based on acceptance and commitment on distress tolerance (F = 807.6, P Conclusion: Cognitive therapy based on acceptance and commitment based on distress tolerance and cognitive flexibility was effective. Therefore, this intervention can be used to reduce the psychological problems of patients with type 2 diabetes.
