چکیده:
مشروطیت سرآغاز حرکت نظام آموزشی جدید ایران برای ایجاد ساختار، نظم معطوف به اهداف مشخص و همچنین فراگیر شدن آموزش است. این حرکت مبتنی بر تدوین یک رشته قوانین و تاسیس نهادهای آموزشی جدید بود. پژوهشحاضربهدنبال تحلیل مساله نوسازی نظام آموزشی بربنیاد قوانین مصوب مجلس اول مشروطه است و می کوشد بهاینپرسشها پاسخ دهد که نمایندگان مجلساول براساس کدامچالشها، مطالبات ومشکلات دست به تدوین قوانین و شیوه نامه های مرتبط با آموزش زدند و مهمترین شاخصهای نوسازیآموزشی درحوزه مدارس ومعلمان چه بود؟ این مقاله با تحلیل گفتگوهای مجلس میکوشد چگونگی تاثیرگذاری مجلس را برفرآیند تاسیس آموزش و پرورش نوین در ایران تبیین کند و به بررسی قوانین و مذاکرات نمایندگان مجلس اول در ارتباط با گسترش تعلیم عمومی و تقویت مدارس در کشور و شکستن ساختارهای کهن آموزشی بپردازد. مقاله سرانجام به این نتیجه می رسد که تعدادی از نمایندگان مجلس تلاش می کردندتا با الهام گرفتن از نوسازیهای آموزشی غربی، زمینه را برای نوسازی بومی متناسب با اقتضائات کشور فراهم کنند. همچنین بررسی این شاخص ها در کنار مطالبات و مشکلات حوزه آموزش به صورت منسجم دراین نوشتار، نشان از تداوم مشکلات درادوار بعدی و ضرورت پرداختن به آنها را دارد.
Constitutionalism is the beginning of the movement of the new Iranian educational system to create a structure, an order focused on specific goals, as well as the pervasiveness of education. The move was based on the development of a set of rules and the establishment of new educational institutions. The present study seeks to analyze the issue of modernization of the educational system based on the laws approved by the First Constitutional Assembly and tries to answer these questions. This article analyzes the parliamentary debates and tries to explain how the parliament influences the process of establishing new education in Iran and examines the laws and negotiations of the members of the first parliament regarding the expansion of public education and strengthening schools in the country and breaking old educational structures. The article concludes that a number of parliamentarians, inspired by Western educational innovations, sought to pave the way for indigenous modernization tailored to the country's needs. Also, the study of these indicators along with the demands and problems in the field of education in a coherent manner in this article, shows the continuation of problems in the next period and the need to address them.
