چکیده:
اهداف: استرس جنگ محدود به دوران جنگ نیست، بلکه واکنشهای مزمن و حاد پس از جنگ را به همراه دارد که با آسیبهای روحی و جسمی مشخص میشود. هدف از این مطالعه تعیین اثربخشی آموزش مدیریت خشم بر تاب آوری، شادکامی و سلامت عمومی فرزندان جانباز بود.
مواد و روش ها:پژوهش از نوع نیمه آزمایشی با پیش آزمون و پس آزمون با گروه مورد و گواه بود. تعداد نمونه مورد نیاز برای این پژوهش 30 دانش آموز پسر فرزند جانباز دبیرستان دوم دبیرستان شاهد کرمان در سال 1397 بود که 15 نفر به صورت تصادفی در گروه مورد و 15 نفر در گروه کنترل قرار گرفتند. آموزش کنترل خشم به مدت 12 جلسه در گروه مورد اجرا شد. برای جمع آوری داده های مورد نیاز در دو مرحله پیش آزمون و پس آزمون از 4 پرسشنامه بیان خشم (STAXI-2)، پرسشنامه تاب آوری Conor-Davidson (C-DRS)، پرسشنامه شادکامی پاترسون و پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی استفاده شد. داده های جمع آوری شده با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس و نرم افزار SPSS 23 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته ها:پس از ارائه متغیر مستقل (آموزش مدیریت خشم) بین گروه مورد و شاهد از نظر نمرات تاب آوری، شادی و سلامت عمومی تفاوت معنی داری وجود داشت (001/0>p) به طوری که تاثیر کنترل خشم بر متغیر تاب آوری 60 درصد، شادکامی بود. 41 درصد و سلامت عمومی 65 درصد.
Aims: The stress of war is not limited to the wartime period, but also triggers chronic and acute reactions after the war, characterized by psychological and physical damage. The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of anger management training on resilience, happiness and general health of veterans’ sons.
Material & Methods: The research was quasi-experimental with pretest and posttest with case and control groups. The number of samples required for this study was 30 male students of the veteran child of the second high school of Shahed school in Kerman in 2018, in which 15 people were randomly assigned to the case group and 15 to the control group. Anger control training was conducted for 12 sessions in the case group. To collect the required data in both pre-test and post-test stages, 4 trait-anger expression questionnaires (STAXI-2), Conor-Davidson Resilience Questionnaire (C-DRS), Patterson Happiness Questionnaire and General Health Questionnaire were used. The collected data were analyzed using analysis of covariance and SPSS 23 software.
