چکیده:
هدف پژوهش حاضر اثربخشی آموزش تنظیم عاطفه بر نشانگان افسردگی و امید به زندگی زنان مبتلا به نوروپاتی دیابتی شهر اصفهان بود. این بررسی به روش نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون-پسآزمون با گروه کنترل انجام شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش زنان مراجعه کننده به موسسه خیریه دیابت اصفهان در سال 1398 بودند. بدین منظور 30 نفر از مراجعه کنندگان با روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب و در دو گروه (15 نفر) کنترل و (15 نفر) آزمایش گمارده شدند.گروه آزمایش تحت آموزش گروهی تنظیم عاطفه در 8 جلسه 90 دقیقهای قرارگرفتند. شرکتکنندهها در مرحله پیش از مداخله و پس از مداخله به پرسشنامههای افسردگی بک(1986) و امید به زندگی میلر (1988) پاسخ دادند. با این تفاوت که گروه کنترل هیچگونه مداخلهای دریافت نکرد. یافتههای حاصل از تحلیل کوواریانس نشان دادکه آموزش تنظیم عاطفه بر نشانگان افسردگی تاثیر معناداری داشته است (96%). در متغیر امید به زندگی نیز، در مرحله پسآزمون تفاوت معناداری بین گروه آزمایش و کنترل وجود داشت (84%). بنابراین آموزش تنظیم عاطفه موجب کاهش افسردگی و افزایش امید به زندگی در زنان مبتلا به نوروپاتی دیابتی شدهاست. از این جهت میتوان نتیجه گرفت آموزش تنظیم عاطفه میتواند به عنوان یک مداخله مهم در کنار درمانهای دارویی درنظر گرفته شود. نتایج این تحقیق میتواند مورد استفاده روانشناسان حوزه سلامت و بیماری قرار بگیرد.
The aim of this study Was to investigate the the effectiveness of affect regulation training On the depressive symptoms and life expectancy in women with diabetic neuropathy in Isfahan. This study was performed by quasi-experimental method with pretest-posttest design Including the control group control group. The statistical population of this study included women referring to Isfahan Diabetes Charity in 1398. For this purpose, 30 patients were selected by purposeful sampling method and were assigned to two groups (15 people) control and (15 people) experimental The experimental group underwent group training of affect regulation in 8 sessions of 90 minutes. Participants answered Beck Depression Inventory (1986) and Miller Life Expectancy (1988) in the pre-intervention and post-intervention stages. But the control group did not receive any intervention. Findings from analysis of covariance showed that affect regulation training had a significant effect on the depressive symptoms (96%). In life expectancy, there was a significant difference between the experimental and control groups in the post-test stage (84%). Thus, affect regulation training has reduced depressive symptoms and increased life expectancy in women with diabetic neuropathy. Therefore, it can be concluded that affect regulation training can be considered as an important intervention along with drug therapies. The results of this research can be used by psychologists in the field of health and disease.

درحالي که پژوهش (دادفرنيا، ١٣٩٩) نشان داده است که تنظيم عاطفه نقش مهمي در پيش بيني افسردگي دارد، به طوري که مي تواند اميد به زندگي اين بيماران را تحت تأثير قرار دهد (لاريجاني و همکاران ، ١٣٨٢).
بنابراين ، در اين پژوهش سعي بر آن بود که آيا آموزش تنظيم عاطفه بر کاهش نشانگان افسردگي و افزايش اميد به زندگي زنان مبتلا به نوروپاتي ديابتي تأثير دارد؟ روش پژوهش روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع نيمه آزمايشي با طرح پيش آزمون - پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود.
ميانگين و انحراف استاندارد افسردگي و اميد به زندگي زنان مبتلا به نوروپاتي ديابتي بر اساس گروه آزمايش و کنترل (رجوع شود به تصویر صفحه) نتايج جدول ٢، نشان مي دهد که نمرات افسردگي پس آزمون گروه آزمايش روش آموزشي تنظيم عاطفه نسبت به گروه کنترل تغيير کرده است .
