The present study examines how the asset portfolio of people with different degrees of risk tolerance changes as a result of the change in the economic growth rate. For this purpose, 7 classes of assets including: land, housing, stocks, bank deposits, currency, bonds and gold have been considered for analysis in the period of 1370 to 1400. In order to obtain the optimal portfolio of assets for people with different degrees of risk tolerance, components such as yield, expected yield, asset risk and correlation coefficients between their yields, by applying the average variance model (Markowitz model) and using Matlab software was calculated. The results of the model estimation for during the entire period show: land, bank deposits and currency do not take any part of the optimal portfolio. For people with low, medium and high levels of risk tolerance, respectively, partnership bonds with 69%, housing with 35% and stocks with 68% constitute the largest volume of the optimal asset portfolio.Similarly, the statistical analysis for different periods of growth indicates that in the period with high economic growth rate, for people with low, medium and high risk tolerance, respectively, participation bonds with 65% and participation bonds with 62% and housing with 64%. The percentage of the highest importance coefficient and for the period with low economic growth rate, people with low, medium and high risk tolerance, respectively, participation bonds with 76%, participation bonds with 34% and stocks with 65% are present with the largest share in the asset portfolio
