چکیده:
هدف پژوهش، تبیین رابطه هویت اجتماعی و خودکارآمدی شغلی با نقش میانجی هوش عاطفی بود. تحقیق از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل 240 نفر مربی پیش دبستانی شهر بجنورد بود که طبق جدول کرجسی-مورگان 148 نفر به روش نمونه برداری تصادفی طبقهای به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها پرسشنامه هویت اجتماعی صفاری نیا و روشن (1390)، پرسشنامه هوش عاطفی شرینگ (۱۹۹۶) و پرسشنامه خودکارآمدی شغلی ریگز و نایت (1994) بود. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از نرم افزارهای SPSS 21 و PLS استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد بین هویت اجتماعی و خودکارآمدی شغلی رابطه مثبت و معناداری برقرار است (ضریب مسیر 315/0). همچنین بین مولفه های هوش عاطفی و خودکارآمدی شغلی نیز رابطه مثبت و معناداری به استثناء مولفه هوشیاری اجتماعی به دست آمد (ضریب مسیر 303/0). بین هویت اجتماعی و هوش عاطفی رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد (ضریب مسیر 548/0). با توجه به روابط مثبت و معنادار بین متغیرها، نقش میانجی هوش عاطفی تایید گردید.
The purpose of this study was to explain the relationship between social identity and job self-efficacy with the mediating role of emotional intelligence. The research was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of method. The statistical population included 240 preschool teachers in Bojnourd. According to Krejcie-Morgan table, 148 people were selected by stratified random sampling. Data collection tools were Saffarinia and Roshan Social Identity Questionnaire (2011), Schering Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (1996) and Riggs & Knight (1994) Job Self-Efficacy Questionnaire. The face and content validity of the tools were confirmed by experts. To analyze the data using SPSS 21 and PLS software. Results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between social identity and job self-efficacy (path coefficient 0.315). Also, a positive and significant relationship was found between the components of emotional intelligence and job self-efficacy, with the exception of the component of social awareness (path coefficient 0.303). There is a positive and significant relationship between social identity and emotional intelligence (path coefficient 0.548). Due to the positive and significant relationships between the variables, the mediating role of emotional intelligence was confirmed.
