The issue of the growth and development of the financial system has been widely studied in the literature of capital research as an indicator of economic growth and a driving force of creativity and technological innovation, which depends on the readiness and mobilization of capital. However, different results are obtained when we examine developed countries compared to developing countries. Developing countries are known with these features and characteristics: less investment in the field of creativity and innovation, and lower levels of competitiveness from the point of view of funding research and investment and funding in the field of growth and development. Fewer research and academic institutions, but also fewer incentives for creativity and private innovation by businesses. The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between indicators of financial growth and development and creativity and innovation by analyzing data for 15 developing countries within the time frame between 2012 - 2022 will do. The financial system is analyzed in two main pillars: credit institutions and special stock markets. The number of uses and uses with a special license for creativity and innovation is the dependent variable of this study, that is, as an indicator of the innovative performance of a country. The results of this study show that a higher level of crediting by the banking sector will have a positive effect on the number of licensed applications and uses. Credit readiness by other financial intermediaries in the financial system, such as special stock markets or non-banking institutions; show a lower efficiency in promoting creativity and innovation activities, which leads to conflicting effects in relation to the number of licensed applications and uses. Countries with a higher level of education will show more efforts towards creativity and innovation and the growth and development of creative (innovative) actions. On the other hand, higher competitiveness among companies from the point of view of creativity and innovation of technology and its processes is expected to strengthen the demand for financing in the financial system, which will lead to improvement and progress in the growth and development of the system.
