چکیده:
این پژوهش با هدف پیشبینی میزان سلامت عمومی بر اساس سبک زندگی اسلامی و استرس ادراکشده در دانشجویان کارشناسی روانشناسی دانشگاه علامه طباطبایی تهران اجرا شده است. روش: آزمودنیها (96 نفر) دانشجویان کارشناسی روانشناسی بودند و از پرسشنامههای سلامت عمومی (GHQ-28)، سبک زندگی اسلامی (ILST) و استرس ادراکشده (PSS) استفاده شد. دادهها با استفاده از تحلیل رگرسیون مورد تجزیهوتحلیل قرار گرفت. یافتهها: همبستگی میان متغیرهای سلامت عمومی و سبک زندگی اسلامی، (295/ 0-)، سلامت عمومی و استرس ادراکشده (723/ 0) و سبک زندگی اسلامی و استرس ادراکشده (226/ 0 -) بود که هر دو از نظر آماری معنادار است. در تحلیل رگرسیون، هر دو متغیر سبک زندگی اسلامی و استرس ادراکشده بهطور مستقل زیرمقیاسهای افسردگی و اضطراب را پیشبینی میکردند. نتیجهگیری: سبک زندگی اسلامی و استرس ادراکشده بهطور مستقل قادر به پیشبینی زیرمقیاسهای مرتبط با سلامت روان دانشجویان هستند؛ بنابراین از طریق ارتقای سبک زندگی اسلامی و کاهش استرس ادراکشده در میان دانشجویان، میتوان سلامت روان را افزایش داد.
In her research, the author has tried to predict the rate of general health according to the Islamic lifestyle and the perceived stress among the BA student of Psychology of Allamah Tabatabaii University of Tehran. Method: samples (96) were chosenfrom among BA students of Psychology; questionnaires of general health (GHQ-28), the Islamic lifestyle (ILST) and perceived stress (PSS) were used. Data have been analyzed according to the regression analysis. Findings: the correlation among variables of general health and the Islamic lifestyle is 0.295, general health and the perceived stress is 0.723, the Islamic lifestyle andthe perceived stress is0.226, which both statistically are significant. In the regression analysis, the two variables of the Islamic lifestyle and the perceived stress separately could predict the subscales of depression and anxiety. Conclusion: the Islamic lifestyle and the perceived stress can separately predict the subscales of the health of the students’ psyche. As a result, we can improve the psychical health through the enhancement of the Islamic lifestyle and easing of the students’ stress.
