چکیده:
مقدمه: یادگیری و پیشرفت برای معلمان یک امر اجتناب ناپذیر است. گسترده شدن علم و تغییرات جهانی در قرن بیست و یکم، یادگیری مداوم و پیشرفت در امر آموزش را ضروری کرده است. هدف: با توجه به اهمیت سلامت معنوی و عزت نفس سازمانی، پژوهش حاضر در پی تبیین نقش واسط اخلاق اسلامی کار و خودتوسعهای در مدلسازی روابط بین سلامت معنوی و عزت نفس سازمانی است. روش تحقیق: پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ اجرا توصیفی ـ همبستگی است. جامعه آماری (1500 نفر) معلمان شهرستان نقده میباشند که 306 نفر به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری دادههای پژوهش از پرسشنامه استاندارد با روایی و پایایی مناسب استفاده شده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها، از مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری و نرم افزار pls3 استفاده شده است. یافتهها: تحلیل یافتهها نشان داد، سلامت معنوی با عزت نفس سازمانی، اخلاق اسلامی کار و خودتوسعهای معلمان رابطه مثبت و معناداری دارد. ضریب معناداری تمامی مسیرها از 96/1 بزرگتر بودند. نتایج آزمون سوبل، نقش واسط اخلاق اسلامی کار و خودتوسعهای را به طور معنادار تایید کرد. نتیجه گیری: این بررسی به طور کلی نشان داد که با افزایش سلامت معنوی در بین معلمان میتوان اخلاق اسلامی کار، خودتوسعهای و عزت نفس سازمانی معلمان را ارتقاء بخشید.
Introduction: Learning and progress for teachers is inevitable. The expansion of science and global change in the twenty-first century has required continuous learning and advancement in education.
Purpose: Considering the importance of spiritual well-being and organizational self-esteem, this study seeks to explain the role of the interface between Islamic work and self-developmental ethics in modeling the relationship between spiritual health and organizational self-esteem.
Research method: The present research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of descriptive - correlation. The statistical population (1,500) is teachers of the city of Naghdeh which 306 people were selected by simple random sampling method. A standard questionnaire with appropriate validity and reliability was used to collect the data. For data analysis, structural equation modeling and pls3 software have been used.
Findings: The results showed that spiritual well-being has a positive and significant relationship with organizational self-esteem, Islamic ethics, and self-development of teachers. The significance of all paths was larger than 96/1. The results of the Sobol test confirmed the role of the interface between Islamic work ethic and self-development.
Conclusion: In general, this study showed that by increasing spiritual well-being among teachers, Islamic work ethics, self-development, and organizational self-esteem can be promoted.
