چکیده:
مقدمه و هدف: یکی از مشکلات امروزین بشر، بحران سلامت مردم است که اکثر کشورها با چالش جدی مواجه کرونا گرفتارند. این بحران ناشی از عدم احساس مسئولیت بعضی از انسانها در قبال همنوعان خود می باشد که باعث اپیدمی شده است. فقها برای تبیین مسئولیت انسانها برای حفظ سلامتی دیگران به قاعده اهم و مهم، استناد کرده و پیشگیری از هلاکت دیگران را برای بسیاری از امور ترجیح دادهاند. مواد وروش ها: روش مطالعه در این پژوهش، توصیفی و تحلیلی است که با مراجعه به متون دینی و علمی انجام شده است و اطلاعات دسته بندی و مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته است. یافتهها: دین اسلام، توجه خاصی به بهداشتى و سلامت دارد که با عنوان واجب، حرام، مستحب یا مکروه بیان میدارد. این پژوهش، مبانی قرآنی و حدیثی رعایت بهداشت و سلامتی انسان را بر اساس قاعده اهم و مهم تبیین کرده و روشن ساخته که در دین اسلام، منافع فردی و اجتماعی هر دو به رسمیت شناخته شده؛و ادله مصلحت اجتماعی اعم از آیات و روایات عمومیت داشته و رعایت مصلحت اجتماعی در تمام شئون زندگی از جمله مسائل بهداشت و سلامت را شامل می شوند.
Introduction and Objective: One of the problems facing humankind today is the health crisis of the people, where most countries are facing a serious challenge. This crisis is due to the lack of sense of responsibility of some people towards their peers, which has caused an epidemic. To explain the responsibility of human beings to maintain the health of others, jurists have cited the important and important rule, and have preferred the prevention of the destruction of others to many things. Materials and Methods: The study method in this research is descriptive and analytical, which has been done by referring to religious and scientific texts, and the information has been categorized and analyzed. Findings: The religion of Islam pays special attention to health and well-being, which is expressed as obligatory, forbidden, recommended or disliked. This study explains the Qur'anic and hadithic principles of human health in accordance with the most important and important rule and clarifies that in Islam, both individual and social interests are recognized; and the evidence of social expediency, including verses and general narrations Having and observing social interests in all walks of life, including health issues.
