The International Protection from Thermal Retention Phenomenon
The follower of the environmental developments at the international
level and the local one sees that they had the greatest impact in the
emergence of the thermal retention phenomenon which found new climates
that should cease its development and avoid its negative results at various
levels. Thus, the international organizations called for studying this
phenomenon and holding Stockholm conference 1972, where international
conferences continued in holding afterwards to specify and dedicate the
scientific and practical studies to stop the growing of the thermal retention
phenomenon until the conference of Rio de Janeiro was held at early 1990s
upon a UN invitation in order to conclude a framework agreement according
to which the participating countries pledge to prevent the increase of earth
temperature, then came the protocol of Kuto and obliged the participating
countries till 2012 to lower the temperature and stop the gases produced
by their plants and technological projects so as to pave the way to control
the climatic changes threatening the human future. Conferences an studies
are still continuing this path in order to arrive at practical and legal
obligated results for the main countries causing the most dangerous
phenomenon witnessed by earth.
