The closed loop supply chain is used in practice because of the reasons such as the importance of returning the products to the production cycle and also the sustainability in a supply chain attracts the researchers of the field as the environmental impacts of the industries is important too. For this purpose, this paper presents a multi-objective integer fuzzy mathematical programming model for designing a sustainable closed loop supply chain under uncertain conditions. The proposed model tries to maximize the amount of profit as well as social impacts and minimize the amount of gas emission into the environment. Since in addition to uncertainty, doubts also challenge the decision maker, trapezoidal intuitionistic fuzzy numbers are used to determine the values of the parameters of the proposed model. To convert the objective functions and model constraints to their equivalent crisp forms, the expected value and the intuitionistic credibility measure are developed, respectively for the objective functions and the constraints. Finally, an interactive fuzzy programming approach is used to solve the crisp multi-objective problem. In order to validate the model and efficiency of the proposed solution method, three numerical examples are designed and solved.
