چکیده:
در سالهای اخیر رشد روز افزون ارتباطات، کشورهای جهان را به هم نزدیک نموده است، از طرفی آلودگیهای زیست محیطی که در نتیجه کیفیت و نوع تولیدات و مصارف انسانی پدید آمده، از جمله مسائلی هستند که بارها توسط سازمان های فعال در این زمینه به عنوان تهدیدی برای بشر شناخته شده اند. بعضی از صنایع با بکارگیری اقداماتی، گامهای مورد نیاز را در جهت کاهش دادن اثرات تخریب کننده بر محیط زیست برداشتهاند. یکی از این اقدامات شامل؛ بازاریابی سبز است. به این ترتیب که پیشرفت زیست محیطی فعالیتهای بازاریابی، مستلزم بکارگیری نقش-های مسئولیتپذیری زیست محیطی/ اجتماعی سازمانها است. با عنایت به اهمیت این موضوع، هدف این مقاله بررسی تاثیر بازاریابی سبز بر عملکرد؛ اجتماعی، اقتصادی، زیست محیطی شرکت است. لذا تحقیق حاضر به لحاظ هدف کاربردی بوده، در زمره تحقیقات توصیفی پیمایشی قرار میگیرد. روش نمونهگیری در این تحقیق، نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده با استفاده از پرسشنامه (آلفای کرونباخ 0.987) است. جامعه آماری نیز شامل کلیه مدیران و کارمندان شرکت خودروسازی سایپا و ایران خودرو در شهر تهران میباشد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادههای تحقیق و بهمنظور بررسی تأثیر همزمان چند متغیر مستقل بر متغیر وابسته از تکنیک مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری در نرمافزار اسمارت پیالاس (PLS) استفاده شده است. در تحلیل دادهها همه فرضیهها بجز دو فرضیه تایید شدند. به این ترتیب که ابعاد مدیریت زنجیره تامین سبز بر عملکرد پایدار سازمان تاثیر مستقیمی دارد.
