چکیده:
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی ارتباط تنظیم شناختی هیجان و شفقت به خود مادران با اضطراب دانش آموزان دختر دوم متوسطه شهر دلیجان بوده است. پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی و از دسته تحقیقات توصیفی- همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری در این پژوهش شامل کلیه دانش آموزان دختر مقطع دوم متوسطه شهر دلیجان و مادران آنها بوده است. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در این پژوهش پرسشنامه تنظیم شناختی هیجان گرانفسکی و کرایچ (2006)، پرسشنامه فرم کوتاه شفقت به خود ریس و نف (2011)، پرسشنامه اضطراب اشپیل برگر (1970)، بوده است. پس از بررسی و تحلیل فرضیات تحقیق به کمک نرم افزار تجزیه و تحلیل دادههای آماری SPSS نتایج نشان داد که بین تنظیم شناختی هیجان خود سرزنشگری مادران، تنظیم شناختی هیجان نشخوارگری مادران و تنظیم شناختی هیجان پذیرش مادران با اضطراب دانش آموزان رابطه معناداری وجود نداشت. نتایج نشان داد بین مهربانی به خود مادران با عزت نفس دانش آموزان رابطه معناداری وجود دارد.بین قضاوت کردن خود مادران با اضطراب دانش آموزان رابطه معناداری وجود داشت.
The aim of the present research was to investigate the relationship between cognitive regulation of emotion and self-compassion of mothers with the anxiety of secondary school girls in Dilijan city. The current research was applied and descriptive-correlation research. The statistical population in this research included all female students of the second grade of high school in Dilijan and their mothers. The data collection tool in this research was the Cognitive Regulation of Emotion Questionnaire by Granfsky and Kraich (2006), the Short Form Self-Compassion Questionnaire by Reiss and Neff (2011), and the Spielberger Anxiety Questionnaire (1970). After examining and analyzing the research hypotheses with the help of SPSS statistical data analysis software, the results showed that there was no significant relationship between the cognitive regulation of mothers' self-blame emotions, the cognitive regulation of mothers' rumination emotions, and the cognitive regulation of mothers' acceptance emotions with students' anxiety.
