Following the opening of Iran's political and intellectual space in the twenties, different parties emerged with different ideologies and programs. Jamiat Azadi people of Iran was one of these parties that was created and operated in parallel with the period of nationalization of the oil industry. Therefore, the problem of the current research is to explain the ideology and political, social and economic programs of this party. This research, based on the analytical and descriptive approach of first-hand sources, reveals some points in response to the above-mentioned problem. Based on its historical analysis, the party evaluated the Iranian society on the threshold of transition to a social transformation and in order to realize it, it propagated a program based on an ideology. This desired ideology was socialism based on theism, which, while paying attention to socialism, emphasized religious identity in the form of monotheism. In addition, under this ideology, the party followed the desired political, social and economic program. Defense of independence and territorial integrity, effort towards the completion of national democratic governance, generalization of all natural resources and socialist and national exploitation of them, expansion and development of mechanization, transfer of agricultural land to farmers and expansion of social ownership, nationalization of heavy industries, provision of cultural and health facilities for all, fight against materialistic and superstitious thoughts, support of the foundations of Islam to strengthen faith development of society, securing women's rights and strengthening the family were among the most important demands that the party sought to fulfill.
