چکیده:
زمینه و هدف: آسیب به عنوان خطر عمده سلامت بالغین در دنیا و شایعترین علت مرگ شناخته شده است. تقلب و اقدام به صحنه سازی و تدارک تصادفات ساختگی، یک پدیده ناهنجار اجتماعی و تهدیدی جدی برای کشور است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی الگوی تصادفات ساختگی در مرکز پزشکی قانونی استان مازندران در سالهای 95-1390 انجام شد.
روش بررسی: این مطالعه "کاربردی تحلیلی" میباشد. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل کلیه پروندههای تصادف ساختگی پزشکی قانونی استان مازندران طی سالهای 1390-1395 بود. ابزار مورد استفاده در این پژوهش پرسشنامهای میباشد که بر اساس الگوها و مولفههای موجود در پروندههای مربوطه تهیه شد. دادهها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی، دسته بندی و تحلیل شد.
یافتهها: از 79 پرونده بررسی شده 9/94 درصد مرد، 6/5 درصد افراد مجرد و 2/82 درصد دارای شغل آزاد بودند. بیشترین نوع تصادفات، برخورد موتور با خودرو 4/35 درصد، بیشتر افراد صدمه دیده راننده موتور 4/30 درصد و در 2/58 درصد از پروندههای مورد بررسی فرد در خارج از استان زندگی میکرده که در 38 درصد از پروندهها علت حضور در استان را مسافرت گزارش کرده بودند.
نتیجهگیری: بیشتر افراد مورد بررسی دارای شغل ازاد و سطح تحصیلات پایینی بودند و این میتواند نشان دهدکه فقر و بیکاری این افراد را مجبور به انجام چنین کارهایی نموده است انتظار میرود اگر زمینهای مناسب برای کسب درامد چنین افرادی فراهم شود و از طرفی بیمههای مربوطه در پرداخت هزینه سختگیریهای بیشتری داشته باشند احتمال وقوع چنین حوادثی کاهش یابد
Aim(s): Damage is known as a major risk to adult health in the world and is the most common cause of death. Fraud and scenes and fake accidents are a social disorder and a serious threat to the country. The aim of this study was to investigate the pattern of false accidents in Mazandaran Province Forensic Medical Center in 2011-2016.
Instruments & Methods: In this descriptive-analytical research, all available cases of false accidents in Mazandaran Province Forensic Medical Center during 2011-2016 were studied. The tool used in the research was a questionnaire prepared on the basis of patterns and components in the relevant files. Data were categorized and analyzed by SPSS 20 software using descriptive statistics.
Findings: Of the 79 cases reviewed, 94.9% were male, 50.6% were single and 82.2% had freelance job. The most common type of accidents was motorcycle collision with car (35.4%) and the most of the injured was motorcycle driver (30.4%). 58.2% of the studied cases lived outside the province, which 38.0% of them reported the traveling as the reason for being in the province.
Conclusion: In most cases, false accidents occur in the late hours of the night and the first hours of the day. Usually the vehicle has one or two occupants and the accident happens somewhere outside the city. Injuries are common to all occupants and in most cases are symmetric. All of these cases indicate that the reported accidents are fictitious. Most of the people surveyed also have freelance jobs.
