The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between achievement Motivation and source of control with Tabriz High schools managers performance. The method of this research is correlational and its statistical population involves all managers (n=117) of high schools in 1386-87. Statistical sample was determined by use of Morgan table 51 individuals were selected Randomly as a relative categorization method. Three questionnaires were used for collecting data: 1) Spence and Helmrich achievement motivation questionnaire 2) Hanna Levenson inner control, chance and dominated individuals questionnaire and 3) managers performance evaluation questionnaire. In order to evaluate the questionnaires validity cronbaeh α method was employed. The validity coefficient for Spence and Helmrich achievement motivation was = α 0/8850, for Levenson was = α 0/8630 and for managers performance was = α0/9642 . The reliability of managers performance was considered as a content reliability and it was investigated by collecting specialists point of view. In order to investigate the validity of Spence and Helmrich achievement motivation questionnaire the scores correlation result of these criteria was calculated with Harmanz achievement motivation questionnaire then correlational coefficient of 0/597 was obtained. For assumptions test pearson correlational coefficient was used and the correlation of scores of this criterion was calculated with Nowicki and Strickland source of control questionnaire and correlational coefficient of 0/716 was obtained. Pearson correlational coefficient was employed for This study has been carried out to identify and assess the creativity of high scool managers, and investigate its relationship with their effectiveness in Ardabil and Namin high schools. The research method was descriptive survey. In order to collect the data, a researcher mad questionnaire with 30 closed answer questions and a standard questionnaire for manager’s creativity with 60 closed answer question were used. The ratio stratified sampling was used. The statistical population included 227 managers and 2280 teachers. Using modified Cochran formula the sample size was 87 and 261 respctively. Concerning the reliability of the questionnaires cronbach’s Alphatest was utilized, a=0/88. The results showed that there is no significant difference between managers "creativity with their effectiveness in adaptation, integration and goal achievement. There is significant difference between managers creativity with their effectiveness in latency. There is significant difference regarding manaager’s creativity and their sex. There is no significant difference regarding manager’s creativity and their field of study. There is no significant difference in manager’s effectiveness regarding their sex and field of study. The main purpose of this study is to compare active and traditional teaching methods among the third grader guidance school students in karaj. The methodology was retrospective(causal comparative) research. The method of collecting data was observing term grades, final grades in science course, checklist of the teachers teaching method and abedis test of creativity. The sample size, using random cluster sampling was 12 classes (6 active, 6 traditional). The data were analyzed using independent(t-test), pearson correlation and point biserial correlation.The results showed the significant difference betweenThe students achievement in both(active,and traditional) method. There is significant difference between the studentse creativity in both method. There is significant difference between students creativity and achievement. There significant difference between the method of teaching and students achievement and creativity.This research was done in a kind of correlation -descriptive method with the surrey objective of relationship between emotional intelligence and academic achievement of students who studied in three grade in high school (theorotical course) in Saghez city. 315 people(161 girl and 154 boys) were in researchs range that were chosen in stratified random sampling. The method of collecting data was emotional intelligence questionnaire (siberiya shering) and cognitive intelligence test (ravin) in wich students answered both. Two research questions and four hypotheses were presented that after statistical experiments and analyses,the following results were earned:1- There was meaningful –relationship between academic achievement and emotional intelligence rate.2- We did not observe a different –relationship between students emotional intelligence who studied in different field of study (mathematical, experimental, human).3- There was diffrence between the girls academic achievement and boys academic achievement, so that the girls academic achievement is much more than boys academic achievement.4- There was no meaningful-difference between boys emotional intelligence score, we made a comparison between emotional intelligence components of (self stimulation, self awareness, self control and social consciousness and social skills) and as result, we saw that girls social conciousness component score was much higer than boys and we did n’t observe any meaningful – difference between other components. The aim of this paper is to identify the functions and missions of entrepreneurial university. The population of this survey is the teachers of the department of management economics and accounting in Tabriz branch of Aazad University.The sample of 46 people have selected using the sampling formula and by random sampling method. The surveys data have gathered by a questionnaire. After that the data summarized & categorized the basic functions and missions of entrepreneurial university have identified using the Pareto chart. This research is intended to achieve the following general goals:To specify the link between individual factors and Tabriz high school manages stress.To specify the link between gob factors with and Tabriz high school manages stress.To specify the link between stress with Tabriz high school manages individual efficiency.Statistical society of this research contains all Tabriz high school managers about 198 people and Statistic sample is equal 135 people.The result of this research are as follows:1. There is a relationship between stress and managers job factors.2. There is a relationship between stress and individual efficiency.3. There is a relationship between stress and their ages.4. There is a relationship between stress and their sexuality.5. There is not a relationship between stress and managers service period.6. There is a relationship between stress and their record of service.As a result, the following proposals are suggested:1. It is suggested to minimize the repeated displacement of managers2. It is suggested to select the managers with high qualification
