خلاصة:
پژوهش حاضر باهدف مقایسه عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی و ظرفیت حافظه کوتاه مدت در افراد وسواس فکری-عملی و افراد عادی صورت گرفت. تعداد 30 نفر (16 زن و 14 مرد) از بیماران وسواسی به صورت در دسترس از مراکز و کلینیک های روان پزشکی شهر تبریز انتخاب و با 30 نفر (16 زن و 14 مرد) از افراد سالم که از طریق اطلاعات جمعیت شناختی همتا سازی شده بودند، با استفاده از مقیاس عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی باهر و داگاس (2002) و خرده مقیاس فراخنای ارقام آزمون وکسلر مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. داده ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیره (MANOVA)و با نرم افزار SPSS-22تحلیل شدند. نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد که در متغیر عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی تفاوت معناداری (P>0/01)بین گروه های مورد مقایسه، به نفع گروه بالینی وجود دارد؛ و همچنین در متغیر ظرفیت حافظه کوتاه مدت تفاوت به نفع گروه عادی است (P>0/01).بنابراین می توان نتیجه گرفت که بیماران مبتلابه OCD نسبت به افراد عادی توانایی تحمل بلاتکلیفی کمتری دارند و این می تواند منتج از عدم اطمینان، شک و تردید و رفتارهای وارسی این افراد باشد که بیشترین ارتباط را با عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی دارند. همچنین ظرفیت حافظه کوتاه مدت در افراد OCD
پایینتر از افراد عادی است. یکی از مهمترین کارکردهای حافظه کوتاه مدت غربالگری و کنترل اطلاعات به هنگام بازیابی از حافظه بلندمدت است که با صحت و دقت اطلاعات بازیابی شده روابط تنگاتنگی دارد. این مکانیزم بهعنوان ابزاری برای تشخیص منبع اطلاعات و تصمیمگیری در مورد اینکه اطلاعات واقعی هستند یا تصوری به کار گرفته می شود، لذا ممکن است وجود ضعف در عملکرد نظارتی و کنترلی حافظه کاری که مسئول تفکیک اطلاعات واقعی از تصوری است، به ایجاد مشکلات حافظه ای بیماران وسواسی منجر شود. بنابراین، عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی و ظرفیت حافظه کاری پایین دو مولفه هستند که ممکن است بر علائم OCD
تاثیر گذاشته و موجب تشدید و تداوم این اختلال شوند.
The present study aimed to the comparison of the intolerance of uncertainty (IU) and short-term memory capacity in patients with
obsessive-compulsive disorder and normal individuals. a total of 30 patients (16 female, 14 male) with obsessive-compulsive were
selected using convenience sampling from the psychiatric clinics and centers of Tabriz were matched with 30 patients (16 females and
14 males) of normal individuals by demographic information, and all of them were assessed through Baher & Dougas’s intolerance of
uncertainty scale and the Wechsler Digit span test subscales .Data were analyzed by multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) and
as well as SPSS version 19. The results showed that there is a significant difference between the two groups in terms of intolerance of
uncertainty (P<0/01) and the difference in patients with OCD is more than normal individuals. So that concluded that patients with OCD
are able to tolerate uncertainty fewer rather than normal people, and this can resulted on their uncertainty, doubt and checking behaviors
that are most relevant to Intolerance of uncertainty. Too the capacity of short-term memory in OCD patients is lower than normal group.
One of the most important short-term memory functions is screening and control information during recovery from long-term memory
which have high relations with the accuracy of the information retrieved. This mechanism used as a tool for identifying the information
source’s and decisions so that those information are real or imagined, Therefore may be existence of weaknesses in supervisory and
control function of working memory that is responsible for separation of actual from imagination data, lead to memory problems in
obsessive patients. So, intolerance of uncertainty and low working memory capacity are two factors that may affect OCD symptoms and
lead to exacerbate and perpetuate of disorder.
