هدف از پژوهش حاضر عبارت بود رابطه ادراک از سیاست سازمانی با فلات شغلی کارکنان دانشگاه فرهنگیان به منظور ارائه مدل. روش تحقیق از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری در این پژوهش کلیه کارکنان دانشگاه فرهنگیان منطقه 8 کشور که طبق آمار ماخوذه در سال 97-96 به تعداد 221 نفر بودند. حجم نمونه با توجه به حجم جامعه و با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 140 نفر بوده و نمونه‌گیری به روش تصادفی طبقه ایی بر مبنای جنسیت در نظر گرفته شد. ابزار اندازه‌گیری شامل پرسشنامه استاندارد ادراک سیاسی کاکمار و کارلسون (1997 و پرسشنامه استاندارد فلات شغلی میلیمن (1992) بود. روایی و پایایی ابزار مورد مطالعه مورد تایید قرار گرفته است. بهم منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی شامل میانگین، انحراف معیار، فراوانی و درصد در قالب جداول و نمودار و استنباطی شامل آزمون کلموگروف اسمیر نوف، تحلیل معادلات ساختاری در نرم افزار PLS، روش وزنه ایی آنتروپی شانون، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، رگرسیون خطی ساده و چند گانه و در نهایت با استفاد از برازش مدل معادلات ساختاری مدل تحقیق نهایی محاسبه شده و در نرم افزار spss و pls استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد وضعیت ادراک سیاسی سازمان و ابعاد آن، وضعیت فلات شغلی و ابعاد آن در بین کارکنان دانشگاه فرهنگیان شمال کشور در حد متوسطی بوده است. ارتباط مثبت و معنی داری بین ادراک سیاست سازمانی و ابعاد آن با فلات شغلی و ابعاد آن وجود دارد
The purpose of the present study was to investigate the relationship between perception of organizational politics and occupational plateau of Farhangian University staff in order to present a model. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in correlation method. The statistical population of this study was 221 people in all the staff of the 8th district of Farhangian University. The sample size was 140 according to the population size using Cochran formula. The measuring tools included the standard questionnaire of Kakmar and Carlson's Political Perception (1997) and the Millennium Occupational Standard Questionnaire (validity and reliability of the instrument). In order to analyze the data from descriptive statistics including mean, standard deviation, frequency and percentage in the form of tables and graphs and deductive including Kolmogorov-Smirnoff test, structural equation analysis in PLS software, Shannon entropy weighting method, coefficient Pearson correlation, simple and multiple linear regression and finally, using the structural equation modeling of the final research model were calculated and used in SPSS and pls software. The results showed that the status of political perception of the organization and its dimensions, the status of the job plateau and its dimensions were moderate among the staff of the University of North of Iran. There is a significant and positive relationship between perception of organizational policy and its dimensions with job plateau and its dimensions
