اثربخشی طرحواره‌ درمانی مبتنی برشیوه های والدگری بر ادراک استرس تحصیلی دانش آموزان دختر مقالة

زمینه: طبق پژوهش‌های انجام شده ادراک استرس تحصیلی یک متغیر‌ مؤثر در سلامت روانشناختی نوجوانان است، از سوی دیگر طرحواره‌درمانی یکی از درمان‌های نسل سوم است که روش مناسبی برای درمان اختلال‌های روانشناختی از نظر کارآمدی و هزینه درمانی می‌باشد، اما پژوهش‌های کمی در مورد تأثیر این درمان بر ادراک استرس تحصیلی انجام شده است. هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی طرحواره‌‌درمانی گروهی بر کاهش ادراک استرس تحصیلی در دانش‌آموزان بود، اما ابتدا رابطه متغیر مزاحم شیوه‌های والدگری مادران با ادراک استرس تحصیلی دانش‌آموزان بررسی و کنترل شد. روش: این پژوهش مطالعه‌ای نیمه‌آزمایشی از نوع پیش ¬آزمون، پس¬ آزمون و پیگیری با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانش‌آموزان دختر پایه دهم دبیرستان های شهر تهران بود که در سال تحصیلی 98-97 مشغول به تحصیل بودند. از بین این افراد با شیوه نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای 300 نفر و از بین آنها 30 نفر بر اساس معیارهای ورود انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه 15 نفره آزمایش و گواه تقسیم شدند. گروه آزمایش طی شانزده جلسه یک ساعته طرحواره‌درمانی گروهی دریافت کردند. ابزارهای پژوهش عبارت بودند از: پرسشنامه ادراک استرس تحصیلی بدیاوی و گبریل (2015) و پرسشنامه شیوه های والدگری بامریند (1991). برای بررسی ارتباط بین متغیرهای کمی از نرم‌افزار SPSS16 و آزمون تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری‌های مکرر استفاده شد. یافته ها: در پس آزمون بین دو گروه آزمایش و گواه از نظر ادراک استرس تحصیلی با کنترل شیوه‌های والدگری تعامل معنی‌دار وجود داشت. نتیجه گیری: نتایج به دست آمده از تحقیق نشان داد طرحواره‌درمانی گروهی در کاهش ادراک استرس تحصیلی دانش‌آموزان در طول زمان مؤثر بود. بنابراین می‌تواند جزء برنامه‌های مداخلاتی مراکز مشاوره‌ی وابسته به آموزش و پرورش در نظر گرفته شود.

Background: According to research, educational stress perception is an effective variable in adolescentschr('39') psychological health. Schema therapy, on the other hand, is one of the third-generation therapies and an appropriate method for treatment of psychological disorders in terms of efficiency and cost. Little research, however, has been carried out on the effectiveness of this treatment on adolescentschr('39') educational stress perception. Aims: The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of group schemas therapy on reducing studentschr('39') educational stress perception. But first, the relationship between the disturbing variable of mothers chr('39')parenting styles and studentschr('39') educational stress perception was examined and controlled. Method: This study was a quasi-experimental study of pre-test, post-test and follow-up with a control group. The statistical population of the present study included all 10th grade female high school students in Tehran who were studying in the academic year 2018-2019. Among these, 300 students were selected by cluster random sampling method, out of whom 30 students were selected based on inclusion criteria and then randomly divided into two groups of 15 i.e. experimental and control. The experimental group received group schema therapy during sixteen one-hour sessions. The research tools were: Badiavi and Gabriel Educational Stress Perception Questionnaire (2015) and Bamrind Parenting Methods Questionnaire (1991). Analysis of variance with SPSS16 software and repeated measures were used to examine the relationship between quantitative variables. Results: In the post-test, there was a significant relationship between the two groups of experimental and control in terms of educational stress perception with the control of parenting styles. Conclusions: The results of the study showed that group schema therapy was effective in reducing studentschr('39') educational stress perception during the period. Therefore, it can be considered as one of the intervention programs at education-related counseling centers.
