زمینه: مرور پژوهشها نشان می دهد که استفاده از برنامه آموزش والدین به شیوه استپ بر سبکهای فرزندپروری، انعطاف پذیری روانشناختی و تنیدگی مادران تأثیر میگذارد؛ اما مسئله اینست که تعیین اثربخشی برنامه آموزش والدین به شیوه استپ بر کیفیت روابط والد - فرزند و خودکارآمدی والدگری مغفول مانده است. هدف: بررسی اثربخشی برنامه آموزش والدین به شیوه استپ بر کیفیت روابط والد - فرزندی، خودکارآمدی والدگری و انعطافپذیری شناختی مادران شهر اصفهان بود. روش: پژوهش از نوع نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون - پسآزمون و پیگیری دو ماهه با گروه گواه بود. جامعه پژوهش مادران دارای نوجوان پسر 12 تا 18 سال مراجعهکننده به مرکز مشاوره یارستان شهر اصفهان در سال 1398 بودند. 40 مادر به روش هدفمند به عنوان نمونه انتخاب و در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه (هر گروه 20 مادر) به صورت تصادفی جایگزین شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش عبارتند از: پرسشنامه های رابطه والد - فرزندی پیانتا (1994)، خودکارآمدی والدگری دومکا، استرزینگر، جکسون و روسا (1996)، انعطافپذیری شناختی دنیس و وندروال (2010) و 8 جلسه 90 دقیقه ای آموزش به شیوه استپ درایکورس و سولتس (1991). دادهها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس مختلط با اندازهگیری مکرر تحلیل شدند. یافته ها: برنامه آموزش والدین به شیوه استپ بر بهبود کیفیت روابط والد - فرزندی و افزایش خودکارآمدی والدگری و انعطافپذیری شناختی مادران تأثیر داشت (0/001>p). همچنین برنامه آموزش والدین به شیوه استپ در مرحله پیگیری هم، معنادار بود (0/001 >p). نتیجهگیری: والدینی که در 8 جلسه برنامه آموزش والدین به شیوه استپ شرکت کرده بودند، کیفیت روابط والد - فرزندی بیشتر، خودکارآمدی والدگری بهتر و انعطاف پذیری شناختی بیشتری کسب کردند.

Aims: To evaluate the effectiveness of step-by-step parent education program on the quality of parent-child relationships, parental self-efficacy and cognitive flexibility of mothers in Isfahan. Method: The research was quasi-experimental with pre-test-post-test design and two-month follow-up with the control group.
