اثرات و پیامدهای بازاریابی و ابزارهای مورد استفاده در آن برای ترغیب مصرف‌کنندگان به خرید کالاها و خدمات، محصور و محدود به حوزه کسب‌وکار و تجارت باقی نمی‌ماند. تاثیرات فراکسب‌وکاری بازاریابی به ویژه در حوزه فرهنگ، امری غیرقابل انکار است. یکی از ابعاد مهم فرهنگی که به وسیله نام‌های تجاری در معرض خطر قرار گرفته است، زبان فارسی است. محصولات ایرانی متعددی از رسانه ملی تبلیغ می‌شوند که نام آنها از کلمات لاتین گرفته شده است. در این پژوهش که در دو گام به انجام رسیده است، تلاش شد ابتدا وضعیت کلی از نام‌های تجاری محصولات تبلیغ شده در رسانه ملی ارائه شود. برای این منظور نمونه‌ای شامل 234 نام تجاری از شش گروه محصول انتخاب شد. بررسی انجام شده نشان داد بیش از 20 درصد نمونه مورد مطالعه از کلمات خارجی برای نام‌گذاری محصولات خود استفاده کرده‌اند. در نهایت درگام اول موضوعات قابل بررسی در نام‌گذاری محصولات تجاری ایرانی که در داخل کشور مصرف می‌شوند، احصا شد که از جمله آنها استفاده از کلمات انگلیسی، استفاده از کلمات عربی، استفاده از کلمات فارسی ناشناخته، استفاده از نام انسان، استفاده از نام مکان، استفاده از اسامی مذهبی، استفاده از اصوات و صداها و... به عنوان نام تجاری بود که در گام دوم موضوعات احصا شده در قالب پرسشنامه‌ای به نمونه نخبگانی شامل 20 نفر از رشته مدیریت بازرگانی و 22 نفر از رشته زبان و ادبیات فارسی عرضه شد. در نهایت جمع‌بندی از نظرات نخبگان در خصوص ابعاد قانون‌گذاری برای حمایت از زبان فارسی در نام‌گذاری تجاری محصولات ایرانی عرضه شده در داخل کشور ارائه شد.
The effects and consequences of business marketing to persuade consumers to buy goods and services do not limit to the business and commerce. The Non-business impacts of marketing, especially in the field of culture, are undeniable. One of the most important cultural aspects that have been endangered by marketing activities is the Persian language. Numerous Iranian products are advertised in the TV that theirs names are derived from Latin words. This research has been done in two steps. In first step we describe the general status of the brand names of products advertised in the TV of Iran. For this purpose, a sample of 234 brands from six product groups was selected. The study showed that more than 20% of the sample used foreign words to name their products. Finally, in this step, we list some issues to be noticed in the naming of Iranian commercial products that is including the use of English words, the use of Arabic words, the use of unknown Persian words, the use of human names, the use of place names, the use of religious names, the use of sounds and sounds, etc. in the second step, the elite sample including 20 people in the field of business management and 22 people in the field of Persian language answer a questionnaire that is made from first step. Finally, a summary of the views of the elites on the dimensions of legislation to support the Persian language in the commercial registration of Iranian products names was presented.
