خلاصة:
هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی و بررسی برنامههای درسی هدایت شغلی در کشورهای جهان است. روش پژوهش توصیفی و تحلیل مستندات با رویکرد تطبیقی است. جامعه آماری شامل برنامه درسی هدایت شغلی در کشورهای جهان و نمونهی مورد بررسی برنامه درسی مشاغل و آموزش کار-محور انگلستان و برنامه درسی شغلی ویکتوریا استرالیا بود که بهصورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند. الگوی مورداستفاده روش توافق و تفاوت جان استوارت میل و ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، فیشبرداری و تجزیهوتحلیل اطلاعات با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوا صورت گرفته است، همچنین برای قضاوت درباره اعتبار اسناد و مدارک به نقد بیرونی و درونی منابع توجه شده است. نتایج تحلیل و مقایسهی تفاوت و شباهتهای عناصر اصلی برنامه درسی (هدف، زمان، محتوا، روشهای یاددهی-یادگیری –ارزشیابی) نشان داد جهتگیری هر دو برنامه درسی، آموزش با رویکرد شغل محوری است اما برنامه درسی مشاغل و آموزش کار-محور نسبت به برنامه درسی شغلی ویکتوریا اهداف و زمان اجرای متنوع و گستردهتری را شامل میشود. نتایج بررسی عنصر محتوا در هر دو برنامه درسی حاکی از سه مرحله توسعه فردی، اکتشاف شغلی و مدیریت شغلی بود. بررسی عناصر راهبردهای یاددهی- یادگیری و ارزشیابی نشان داد آنچه در هر دو برنامه درسی هدایت شغلی حائز اهمیت است استفاده از روشهای نوین و فعالانه در کنار روشهای سنتی است. با توجه به یافتههای تحقیق به سیاستگذاران نظام آموزشی کشور ایران پیشنهاد میگردد، طراحی برنامه درسی هدایت شغلی را با توجه به ویژگیهای عناصر برنامه درسی هدایت شغلی کشورهای موفق را در دستور کار قرار بدهند.
The purpose of the present study is to identify and evaluate occupational guidance curricula in countries around the world. The research method is descriptive and document analysis with comparative approach. The statistical population is the career guidance curriculum in the countries of the world and the sample of the UK's careers curriculum and work-related education and Australia's Victorian Careers Curriculum were selected purposefully. The model used is John Stuart Mill's method of agreement and difference. The data collection tools, document extraction, and data analysis were analyzed using content analysis method. In this study, we describe the differences and similarities between the main elements of the curriculum (goals, time, content, teaching-learning, Evaluation methods) in the UK's careers curriculum and work-related education and Australia's Victorian Careers Curriculum. The results of curricula analysis showed that each element has a wide range of characteristics and was designed and implemented so that students from elementary to high school had the skills and competencies to adapt their career prospects to their interests, talents and needs. Predict the community. Finally, according to the results of this comparative study, which has revealed the necessity of paying attention to the Career guidance curricula, some suggestions have been made for the Iranian education system.
