زمینه: بزهکاری در دوران نوجوانی با مجموعه ای از الگوهای رفتاری نابهنجار و ضعف مهارت خودتنظیمی هیجانی از جمله رفتارهای خودآسیب رسان و تجربه خشم و پرخاشگری همراه است. مطالعات نشان می دهد که مؤلفه های گروه درمان گری درمان مبتنی بر شفقت بر امیدواری، رضایت از زندگی و نارسایی خلقی نوجوانان بزهکار مؤثر بوده و همچنین باعث بهبود نظم جویی شناختی هیجانی مثبت و افزایش مهارت های ذهن آگاهی و کاهش تجربه شرم و گناه در مبتلایان به اختلالات اضطرابی، افسردگی و افزایش تحمل پریشانی و کاهش نظم جویی هیجان منفی بوده است، اما در کاربرد این درمان بر روی نوجوانان بزهکار جامعه مورد نظر شکاف تحقیقی وجود دارد.
هدف: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر شفقت بر پرخاشگری، رفتارهای خودآسیبرسان و خودتنظیمی هیجانی نوجوانان بزهکار کانون اصلاح و تربیت شهر تهران انجام شد.
روش: در این پژوهش شبه آزمایشی، از طرح پیشآزمون - پسآزمون و پیگیری یکماهه استفاده شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه مددجویان ساکن کانون اصلاح و تربیت شهر تهران در سال 98 بود که از این میان، 13 مددجوی مقیم کانون اصلاح و تربیت شهر تهران بهطور تصادفی انتخاب شدند از سیاههی خودگزارشی رفتارهای خود آسیبرسان کلونسکی و گلن (2009)، پرسشنامه خودتنظیمی هیجانی هافمن و کاشدان (2010) و پرسشنامه پرخاشگری باس و پری (1992) در مرحله پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری استفاده شد. برنامه آموزشی متمرکز بر شفقت طی 12 جلسه 90 دقیقهای و هفتهای یک جلسه اجرا شد. جهت بررسی اثربخشی برنامههای مداخله و بهمنظور کنترل اثر پیشآزمون از طرح تحلیل واریانس مختلط استفاده شد.
یافته ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که درمان مبتنی بر شفقت بر کاهش نشانههای پرخاشگری، رفتارهای خودآسیبرسان تأثیر معنادار داشته (0/05 p) و این اثربخشی در مرحله پیگیری هم بهصورت معنادار تداوم داشته است. در خصوص اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر شفقت بر مؤلفههای خودتنظیمی هیجانی، نتایج نشان داد که اجرای متغیر مستقل، مؤلفه سازگاری و تحمل را در سطح معنادار (0/05 p) بهبود داده و این اثربخشی در مرحله پیگیری هم بهصورت معناداری تداوم داشته است.
نتیجهگیری: یافتهها نشان میدهد که درمان مبتنی بر شفقت بر بهبود کارکرد رفتارهای خود آسیبرسان، پرخاشگری و تنظیم هیجانی در نوجوانان بزهکار مؤثر است. از این نتایج میتواند در جهت برگزاری دورههای آموزشی در کانون اصلاح و تربیت و همچنین در برنامهریزی جهت پیشگیری از رفتارهای آسیبزا در نوجوانان و کاهش این رفتارها بهویژه در نوجوانان بزهکار استفاده کرد.
Background: Adolescent delinquency is associated with a set of abnormal behavioral patterns and poor emotional self-regulation skills, including self-injurious behaviors and experiences of anger and aggression. Studies show that the components of compassion therapy in form of group therapy are effective on hope, life satisfaction and mood disorders of delinquent adolescents and also improve positive emotional cognitive regulation and increase mindfulness skills, and reduce the experience of shame and guilt in clients. Anxiety disorders, depression, and increased anxiety tolerance and decreased emotion regulation have been negative, but there is a research gap in the application of this treatment to delinquent adolescents in the target population.
Aims: This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of compassion-focused therapy on aggression, self-harm behaviors, and emotional self-regulation in juvenile delinquents of the Correction and Rehabilitation Center in Tehran.
Methods: The method of this quasi-experimental study was a pretest-posttest plan with a one-month follow-up. The statistical population of study included all clients residing in Tehran’s Correction and Rehabilitation Center in 2019; 13 people were selected from them as the sample of this research. Klonsky & Glenn inventory of statements about self-injury (ISAS), Hoffman &Kashdan emotional self-regulation questionnaire and Bass & Perry aggression questionnaire were used in pre-test, post-test, and follow-up steps; compassion-focused training program was conducted in twelve 90-minute sessions (one session per week). To evaluate the effectiveness of the intervention and to control the effect of pretest, a complex analysis of variance with repeated measures was used.

Conclusion: It can be concluded that compassion-focused therapy is effective in reducing self-harm behaviors, aggression, and improving emotional regulation in delinquent adolescents. These results can be used in planning for preventing harmful behaviors in adolescents and reducing these behaviors, especially in delinquent adolescents.
