هدف: بیماری کووید-19 علاوه بر آسیبهای جسمی، پیامدهای روانی زیادی مانند فرسودگی والدینی و کودکآزاری را نیز به همراه داشته است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف اثربخشی برنامه تابآوری پنسیلوانیا بر فرسودگی والدینی و کودکآزاری ناشی از پاندمی کووید-19 در مادران دانشآموزان دوره اول ابتدایی انجام شد. روش: روش پژوهش نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون و پسآزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری متشکل از مادران دانشآموزان دوره اول ابتدایی شهرستان اردکان در سال تحصیلی 1400-1399 بود. 30 نفر با روش نمونهگیری دواطلبانه انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در گروههای آزمایش و گواه گمارده شدند. ابزارهای این پژوهش شامل مقیاس فرسودگی والدینی (روزکام و همکاران، 2018) و کودکآزاری (حسینخانی و همکاران، 1392) بود. برنامه تابآوری پنسیلوانیا به صورت هفتگی طی دوازده جلسه ۵/۱ ساعته به گروه آزمایش، ارائه شد و گروه کنترل آموزشی را دریافت نکرد. دادههای حاصل از پژوهش با استفاده از کایدو و تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری در نرمافزار آماری SPSS26 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که بین دو گروه به لحاظ متغیرهای جمعیت شناختی سن و تحصیلات تفاوت معنیداری وجود ندارد (05/0p، ۱۶۸/۲۷F=) و کودکآزاری (001/0> p، 466/37F=) ناشی از پاندمی کووید-19 در مادران دانشآموزان دوره اول ابتدایی موثر بود. نتیجهگیری: برنامه تابآوری پنسیلوانیا میتواند به عنوان یک مداخله کارآمد در جهت کاهش فرسودگی والدینی و کودکآزاری ناشی از پاندمی کووید-19 در مادران دانشآموزان دوره اول ابتدایی در کنار سایر روشهای آموزشی و درمانی مورد استفاده گیرد.
Purpose: Covid-19 disease has many psychological consequences, such as parental burnout and child abuse, In addition to physical injuries. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of Pennsylvania resilience-based intervention on parental burnout and child abuse caused by the Covid-19 pandemic in mothers of elementary school students.Methodology: The research method was quasi-experimental with pre-test and post-test with control group. The statistical population of the study consisted of mothers of first grade students in Ardakan city in the academic year 2020-2021. 30 people were selected by voluntary sampling method based on inclusion criteria and randomly assigned to experimental and control groups. The instruments of this study included the Parental Burnout Scale (Rosecom et al., 2018) and Child Abuse (Hosseinkhani et al., 2013). The Pennsylvania resuscitation program was presented to the experimental group on a weekly basis for twelve 1.5-hour sessions, and the control group did not receive training. The data were analyzed using chi-square and multivariate analysis of covariance in SPSS26 statistical software.Findings: The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of demographic variables of age and education (pConclusion: The Pennsylvania resiliency program to be used as an effective intervention to reduce parental burnout and child abuse caused by the Covid-19 pandemic in the mothers of elementary school students, along with other educational and therapeutic methods.
