توسعه زیرساختهای فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات و تجهیز کشورها به منابع اطلاعاتی و ارتباطی برخط، بانکها را باتوجه به جایگاه استراتژیکی که در صنعت مالی دارند، در سالهای اخیر از فضای سنتی به بستر بانکداری مبتنی بر زیرساختهای متمرکز و فرا شعبه‌ای سوق داده است. مفهوم بانکداری اجتماعی با تکیه بر ارتقاء فناوری و داده محوری، فضای جدیدی را در اختیار صنعت بانکداری کشور قرارداده که در این پژوهش شناسایی شاخصهای موثر بر فرآیند نوآوری بانکداری اجتماعی با رویکرد تحول دیجیتال مدنظر قرار گرفته است. پژوهش حاضر، از حیث هدف کاربردی بوده و در پژوهش های کیفی-کمی دسته بندی می‌گردد. جهت شناسایی شاخصهای موثر بر فرآیند نوآوری بانکداری اجتماعی با رویکرد تحول دیجیتال با استفاده از مرور جامع ادبیات و پیشینه پژوهش و روش دلفی، از نظرات اساتید حوزه مدیریت تکنولوژی و نوآوری، مدیران و کارشناسان خبره صنعت بانکداری کشور استفاده شده است. همچنین برای بررسی برازش مدل نظری پژوهش، روش مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری با نرم افزار AMOS مورد استفاده قرار گرفته و با تحلیل عاملی36 شاخص در قالب 6 عامل کلیدی در زمینه فرآیند نوآوری بانکداری اجتماعی با رویکرد تحول دیجیتال شناسایی و تایید گردید. نتایج نشان دهنده آن است عوامل کلیدی قوانین و سیاستها، رویکرد نوآورانه، امنیت، ساختارصنعت بانکداری، عوامل اجتماعی و زیرساخت تحول دیجیتال به ترتیب بیشترین تاثیر را در ارائه الگوی نوآورانه بانکداری اجتماعی مبتنی بر تحول دیجیتال در صنعت بانکداری ایران داشته که مدیران ارشد و سیاست گذاران صنعت بانکداری می‌بایست در جهت تقویت این عوامل بکوشند.
The development of information and communication technology infrastructures and equipping countries with online information and communication resources has led banks, in recent years, from the traditional space to a banking platform based on centralized and multi-branch infrastructures, considering their strategic position in the financial industry. The concept of social banking, relying on the promotion of technology and data-oriented, has provided a new space to the country's banking industry, and in this research, the identification of indicators affecting the innovation process of social banking with a digital transformation approach has been considered. The current research, is applied in terms of its purpose and is categorized in qualitative-quantitative research. In order to identify the effective indicators on the social banking innovation process with the digital transformation approach, using a comprehensive literature review and research background and the Delphi method, the opinions of professors in the field of technology and innovation management, managers and expert experts of the country's banking industry have been used. Also, to check the fit of the research theoretical model, structural equation modeling method with AMOS software was used and 36 indicators were identified and confirmed by factor analysis in the form of 6 key factors in the field of social banking innovation process with digital transformation approach. The results show that the key factors of laws and policies, innovative approach, security, structure of the banking industry, social factors and digital transformation infrastructure respectively have the greatest impact in providing the innovative model of social banking based on digital transformation in Iran's banking industry, which senior managers and policy Investors of the banking industry should strive to strengthen these factors.

همچنین برای بررسی برازش مدل نظری پژوهش ، روش مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری با نرم افزار AMOS مورداستفاده قرار گرفته و با تحلیل عاملی ٣٦ شاخص در قالب ٦ عامل کلیدی در زمینه فرآیند نوآوری بانکداری اجتماعی با رویکرد تحول دیجیتال شناسایی و تأیید گردید.
ازاین رو با توجه به نقاط ضعف و مسائلی که در زمینه بانکداری اجتماعی و تحولات بانکی دیجیتال مطرح شد در پژوهش حاضر، ارائه مدل فرایند نوآوری بانکداری اجتماعی با رویکرد تحول دیجیتال در راستای بهبود ارائه خدمات به مشتریان ، به عنوان هدف اصلی مد نظر قرار گرفته است تا بتوان سؤال مطروحه را پاسخ داد: ابعاد و مؤلفه هایی تأثیرگذار در الگوی نوآورانه بانکداری اجتماعی مبتنی بر تحول دیجیتال در صنعت بانکداری ایران کدامند؟ مبانی نظری پژوهش براساس تعریف مؤسسات و مشاوران بین المللی، بانکداری دیجیتال مفهوم جدیدی در صنعت بانکداری است که هدف آن غنیسازی سرویس های استاندارد برخط و موبایلی از طریق به کارگیری فناوریهای دیجیتال است .
