مقدمه: نگرانیهای جدی در مورد سلامت روانی نوجوانان در طول قرنطینه و تعطیلی مدارس مربوط به بیماری همه گیر و ورود به آموزش آنلاین مطرح شده است. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی نقش واسطهای انعطاف پذیری روانشناختی در رابطه بین حمایت خانواده با پریشانی روانشناختی در دانش آموزان متوسطه و در چهارچوب کلاسهای آنلاین صورت گرفت. مواد و روشها: روش پژوهش حاضر همبستگی و از نوع مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری است. جامعه پژوهش، شامل تمام دانشآموزان پسر دوره متوسطه اول و دوم است که در کلاسهای آنلاین مشغول به تحصیل بودند. نمونه پژوهش شامل 644 نفر دانش آموز پسر (383 نفر متوسطه اول و 261 نفر متوسطه دوم) بودند که با روش نمونهگیری تصادفی خوشهای انتخاب و به مقیاس افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس (DASS-21)، پرسشنامه حمایتاجتماعی ادراکشدهچندبعدی - بعد خانواده (MSPSS-Family) و پرسشنامه پذیرش و عمل ویرایش 2 (AAQ-II) پاسخ دادند. یافتهها: تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها نشان داد که مدل ساختاری پژوهش، از برازش خوبی برخوردار است. همچنین این مدل نشان داد که حمایت خانواده با پریشانی روانشناختی رابطه منفی و با انعطاف پذیری روانشناختی رابطه مثبت دارد، انعطاف پذیری روانشناختی نیز با پریشانی روانشناختی رابطه منفی دارد. بحث و نتیجهگیری: با تایید نقش واسطهای انعطاف پذیری روانشناختی و نقش موثر حمایت خانواده در کاهش پریشانی روانشناختی و افزایش انعطاف پذیری روانشناختی نوجوانان، میتوان در آینده برنامه ریزیهای بهتری برای مشارکت خانوادهها و آگاه سازی آنها در مسائل روانشناختی دانش آموزان نوجوان، انجام داد.
Introduction: Serious concerns about the mental health of adolescents during the pandemic related quarantine and school closures and entering online education have been raised. The aim of this study was to investigate the mediating role of psychological flexibility in the relationship between family support and psychological distress in high school students in the context of online classes. Materials and Methods: The method of the present study is (correlation and structural equation modeling). The population of the study includes all junior and senior high school male students who were studying in online classes. The sample consisted of 644 male students (383 junior high school students and 261 senior high school students) who were selected by cluster random sampling method and assigned to answer the Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale (DASS-21), Multidimensional scale of perceived Social Support Questionnaire - Family Dimension (MSPSS-Family) and Acceptance and Action Questionnaire 2 (AAQ-II). Findings: Data analysis showed that the structural model of the study has a good fit. Also, this model showed that family support is negatively related to psychological distress and positively related to psychological flexibility, and psychological flexibility is also negatively related to psychological distress.Discussion and Conclusion: By acknowledging the mediating role of psychological flexibility and the effective role of family support in reducing psychological distress and increasing adolescent flexibility, one can make better planning for family participation and awareness in adolescent students' psychological issues in the future.
