برنامه ریزی و مدیریت حوزه خبر در تمام رسانه های برجسته و حرفهای دنیا در شرایط کلی و کـاملاً متفـاوت صورت میپذیرد: یکی در وضعیت عادی و دیگری در شـرایط غیرعـادی و بحرانـی. بـدیهی اسـت در شـرایط معمولی و عادی،دست اندرکاران و سردبیران خبر که مدیریت فعالیت و تکاپوی رسـانه را عهـده دار هسـتند، قادرند به گونه ای جدول خبری خود را طراحی و اجرا کنند که هم اهداف و مأموریتهای رسانه ای ایشان بـه سرانجام مطلوبی برسد و هم نیازها و تمایلات و سلایق مخاطبان تأمین گردد. هدف این پژوهش بررسی فرآیند ارتباطات شبکه‌های اجتماعی به منظور الگوسازی برنامه ریزی و مدیریت پوشش خبری بحران است. نتایج نشان می دهند که در شرایط بحران که از یک سو اطلاعات مخدوش می شود و از جانب دیگر فناوری های معمول قدرت و به تبع شیوه های تصمیم سازی و مدیریت در شرایط عادی سترون نکارا می شوند، هرگونه تدبیری مستلزم بهره وری مناسب از دانش های راهبردی متفاوت و فناوری های قدرت ویژه می باشد. باید برای پیشگیری از بحران و یا به حداقل رساندن اثرات آن به هنگام وقوع بدترین وضعیت ها را برنامه ریزی و سپس روش هایی را برای اداره و حل آن جستجو کند. مفاهیمی چون بحران و مدیریت بحران را به سمت وظایف مدیران و نحوه مقابله آنها با بحران، عوامل تشدید کننده و یا بازدارنده بحران چون سبک های خبرنویسی، نقش تصویر، کانون های خبری در شرایط بحرانی، بازار شایعات و مدل های بحران در این خصوص بسیار مهم هستند.

It is a different strategy and special power technologies. It should plan to prevent the crisis or minimize its effects when the worst situations occur and then look for ways to manage and solve it. Concepts such as crisis and crisis management towards the duties of managers and how they deal with the crisis, factors that aggravate or prevent the crisis such as news writing styles, the role images, news centers in crisis situations, the rumor market and crisis models are very important in this regard.
