مقدمه: رفتار مصرف کننده و رفتار خرید آنی طی دهه های اخیر یکی از موضوعات مورد توجه محققان حوزه بازاریابی بوده است. بنابراین هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی عوامل روانشناختی موثر بر رفتار خرید آنی بود. روش تحقیق این مطالعه کیفی با استفاده از رویکرد پدیدار شناسی و با هدف درک تجارب افراد دارای رفتار خرید ناگهانی و پیامدهای آن انجام شد. از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند استفاده شد و 10 نفر به عنوان نمونه بانوجه به قاعده اشباع و تکراری شدن مطالب تعیین شد. جهت کدگذاری اطلاعات مفاهیم، سازه های فرعی و اصلی به تفکیک حوزه طبق تیوری استراوس و کوربین تعیین شد. در مصاحبه ها مفاهیم استخراج و پس از تلخیص مفاهیم تکراری فیلتر شد، سپس بر اساس آن ها، سازه های فرعی و اصلی استخراج گردید. یافته ها طبق یافته ها شرایط علی شامل دو مقوله محرک ها و عامل فرهنگی بود، مقوله محرکی شامل محرکات درونی و بیرونی ای بود که باعث بروز رفتار خرید آنی شده بود، و مقوله فرهنگ شامل باور، نگرش و قالب های فکری مطرح شده توسط نمونه پژوهش بود. همچنین حضور دیگران، قیمت و جذابیت نیز عاملی تعیین کننده به عنوان پیش بین بروز رفتار خریدآنی مطرح گردید. مقوله مهم دیگر در بروز رفتار خریدآنی باورها و قالب های فکری شرکت کنندگان بود که باتوجه ریشه دار بودن این افکار در هنجارها و ارزشهای فرهنگی به عنوان مقوله فرهنگ و عامل علی کدگذاری شد. پیامدهای تجربه خرید آنی در سازه های فرعی خوشایند و ناخوشایند نامگذاری گردید.. نتیجه گیری بنابراین می توان نتیجه گرفت که طبق نتایج مصاحبه ها پیامدهای منفی هم به لحاظ کمی و هم کیفی بیشتر از پیامدهای مثبت بود
Examining psychological factors affecting impulse buying behavior Introduction: Consumer behavior and impulse buying behavior have been one of the topics of interest among marketing researchers in recent decades. Therefore, the aim of the present study was to investigate the psychological factors affecting impulse buying Research method: This qualitative study was conducted using an analytical phenomenological approach with the aim of understanding the experiences of people with impulse buying behavior and its consequences. The method of data collection was in-depth interview. Ten people with instant shopping experience in the age range of 20-60 were selected purposefully and were subjected to in-depth interviews. In order to analyze the qualitative data and extract the desired categories, the phenomenological method and MAXQDA20 software were used. The main and sub-themes of the research were identified. Results: The results showed that based on the coding of research interviews, there are 3 main themes of psychology, people's thoughts, emotions and feelings, personality and interior design and store environment, and 15 sub-themes including: urgency in behavior, welcoming new experiences, Making yourself happy, reductionism, excitement seeking, searching for new ideas, extroversion, introversion, personal identity, feeling proud and possessive, being interested in people and pleasing them, color, light, music, arrangement, mood The seller was identified. Conclusion: Therefore, it can be concluded that according to the results of the interviews, the negative consequences were more than the positive consequences both quantitatively and qualitatively
