Abstract:
ﻫﺪف از ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ، ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ارﺗﺒﺎط ﺑﯿﻦ ادراک از ﻋﺪاﻟﺖ و رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ در ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﮑﺪة ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺖ ﺑـﺪﻧﯽ و ﻋﻠـﻮم ورزﺷـﯽﺑﻮد. روش ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ، ﮐﻤﯽ و از ﻧﻮع ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﺑﻮد. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﮥ آﻣﺎری اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﭘﮋوﻫﺸـﮑﺪه ﺑـﻮده و ﺑـﻪ ﻋﻠـﺖ ﻣﺤـﺪود ﺑـﻮدنﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ، ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ آﻣﺎری ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ ﺑﺎ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ. ﺟﻬﺖ ﮔﺮدآوری داده ﻫﺎ، از دو ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﮥ ﻋﺪاﻟﺖ ﺳـﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ رﮔـﻮ و ﮐﺎﻧﻬـﺎ ﺑـﺎﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ )9/0= (αو رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﺑﺎ ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ )29/0= (αاﺳـﺘﻔﺎده ﺷـﺪ. ﺑـﺮای ﺗﺠﺰﯾـﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿـﻞ داده ﻫـﺎ، از آزﻣـﻮن ﮐـﺎﻟﻤﻮﮔﺮوف –اﺳﻤﯿﺮوﻧﻮف ﺑﺮای ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﺗﻮزﯾﻊ ﻃﺒﯿﻌﯽ داده ﻫﺎ، و آزﻣﻮن ﻫﺎی tﺗﮏ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ای، tﻣﺴﺘﻘﻞ، ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﭘﯿﺮﺳـﻮن و رﮔﺮﺳـﯿﻮنﺳﺎده در ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داری)50/0≤ ،( Pاﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﯿﺎﻧﮕﺮ آن ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ ﺑـﯿﻦ ﻋـﺪاﻟﺖ ﺳـﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ و رﺿـﺎﯾﺖ ﺷـﻐﻠﯽ ارﺗﺒـﺎطﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داری )10/0 ≤ ( r =0/61, Pوﺟﻮد داﺷﺖ. ﻫﯿﭻ ﮔﻮﻧﻪ راﺑﻄﮥ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داری ﺑﯿﻦ ﺳـﻦ و ﻋـﺪاﻟﺖ ﺳـﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ )50/0 ≥ P,450/0 = ( rو ﺑﯿﻦ ﺳﻦ و رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ)50/0 ≥ (r = -0/19, Pﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ ﻧﯿﺎﻣﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ، ﻫﯿﭻ ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨـﯽ داری ﺑـﯿﻦادراک از ﻋﺪاﻟﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ و اﺣﺴﺎس رﺿﺎﯾﺖ از ﺷﻐﻞ، ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﺟﻨﺴﯿﺖ، ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﻧﮕﺮدﯾﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮن ﺳـﺎده ﻧﺸـﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﻋﺪاﻟﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ را )50/0 ≤ (t= 3/04, Pﭘﯿﺸﮕﻮﯾﯽ ﮐﻨﺪ.
The purpose of this research was to determinate the relationship between perception of justice and job satisfaction in Sport science research center. Methodology of this study was descriptive-correlational. Population of this research was including sport science research center’s staffs and due to the limitation of community، the statistical sample was considered the same as Population. For data collection Rego and Cunha’s organizational justice questionnaire (α=0/9) and job satisfaction questionnaire (α=0/92) were used. To analysis data، kolmogrov-smironov test was used for determining normality، also one-sample t test، independent t test، pearson correlation coefficient and linear regression in level of (P≤0/05) were used.
Results indicate that there was positive significant correlation between organizational justice and job satisfaction (r=0/61، P≤0/01). There was no significant relationship between age and organizational justice (r=0/054، P≥005) and between age and job satisfaction (r= -0/19، P≥0/05). There was no significant difference between perception of organizational justice and feel satisfaction of job، based on sex. Result of linear regression analysis indicate that organizational justice can anticipate job satisfaction (t =3/04، P ≤0/05).
