Abstract:
سازمان، ضرورت زیست اجتماعی است، چرا که اهداف غیر قابل تحقق در ساحت فردی، در سازوکار سازمانی متحقق می گردد؛ حال این اهداف، یا در فرایند توسعه قدرت انسان تکون یافته و متعین می گردد و یا مبتنی بر اضطرار اجتماعی به انسان تحمیل می شود. در هر صورت درون سازمان، تولد و مرگ انسان رقم می خورد. با این حال، سازمان به رغم منفعتی که برای انسان دارد، گاهی در بعد عملکرد سازمانی و گاهی حفظ بهداشت جسم، روح و روان کارکنان، با فقدان سلامتی مواجه شده و نابسامان یها یی برای انسان امروزی ایجاد م یکند. بر این اساس، در این نوشتار، آسی بهای سازمانی در بعد عمل ارادی انسان و گستره ومحدودیت دامنه انتخاب گری او، چه در حوزه اهداف و چه در حوزه وسایل، با تکیه بر کنش سازمانی انسان بررسی شده است. مهم ترین عواملی که سو ءرفتارهای انسان در سازمان را سبب می شود، سلب اختیار و اراده گرا یی و همچنین جهت دادن نادرست به قوه انتخاب گری اوست. سازمان دیوان سالارانه و بوروکراتیک که بر مبنای بی اعتمادی به انسان قوام یافته و واپایش، مقوم آن است؛ با اتخاذ رابطه فرادست و فرودست میان کارکنان سازمان و ابتنا بر عقلانیت ابزاری به عنوان نمونه تام عقلانیت و بی توجهی به سایر شئون و مراتب عقلانیت، در ایجاد بحران در هویت انسان، بسیار موثر است. نگارندگان، جهت مقابله با کژکارکردهای تحمیل شده از سوی سازمان دیوا نسالارانه بوروکراتیک بر آدمی، بر تحلیل کنش انسان در بستر همه مراتب عقلانیت تاکید کرده و شناخت مغالطات منطقی، عاطفی، رفتاری و هویتی و ارائه راه حل جهت رفع آنها را تجویز می کنند.
Organization is necessity for social existence because unrealizable goals in individual realm، are realizing within organizational mechanism. Now، the goal، either evolved and determined in the process of development of human power، or imposing based on social exigency for human. In any way، birth and death of human being، taking place in organization. In spite of، the organization، though have a benefit for human being، but sometimes encounter with the lack of health and creating unorganized things for modern human، in organizational performance aspect and sometimes preservation of body hygiene and staff psyche. Accordingly، in this paper، will be examined organizational damages from dimension human voluntary action، domain and limitation of his selectivity، whether in the field of goals or instruments، by relying on the organizational human action. The main factors that contributed to the abuse of human behavior in organization، is taking away of free will and voluntarism، as well as incorrect orientating towards the selectivity. Bureaucratic organization that have established on the basis distrust to humans and control reinforcing its stronghold; Adopting the upper and lower relationship between staff and Based on the instrumental rationality as a total sample of rationality، and inattention to other aspects and stages of rationality، in creating a crisis of human identity، is very effective. Authors، in opposition to imposed dysfunctions from the bureaucratic organization on the person، have emphasized on the analysis of human action in the bed of all stages of rationality، and prescibed recognition of logical، emotional، behavioral، and identical fallacies، and give a solution for its removing.
