Abstract:
زمینه: مهارت کنترل خشم یکی از موثرترین برنامه های پیشگیری از شیوع انواع رفتارهای پرخطر و افزایش کارآمدی شخصی و اجتماعی است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تاثیر آموزش شناختی-رفتاری کنترل خشم بر خشم نوجوانان با اختلال سلوک ساکن در مراکز شبه خانواده بود.
روش: روش پژوهش، طرح آزمایشی پیش آزمون–پس آزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری شامل همه نوجوانان 18-12 سال پسر مراکز شبه خانواده بهزیستی شهرستان گرگان در سال 1394 بودند. از بین جامعه آماری تعداد 30نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند که 15 نفر آن ها در گروه آزمایش و 15 نفر دیگر در گروه گواه قرار گرفتند. شیوه نمونه گیری در دسترس بود. ابزارهای گردآوری اطلاعات شامل پرسش نامه خودگزارشی مشکلات رفتاری نوجوانان و سیاهه رفتاری کودک، فرم گزارش معلم و پرسش نامه پرخاشگری بود. از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس برای تجزیه وتحلیل داده ها استفاده شد.
یافته ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که آموزش مهارت کنترل خشم در کاهش پرخاشگری کلی و مولفه های پرخاشگری افکار، رفتار و احساس نوجوانان دارای اختلال سلوک مراکز شبه خانواده موثر است.
نتیجه گیری: از این رو می توان نتیجه گرفت که آموزش کنترل خشم به عنوان یکی از درمان های شناختی در کاهش نشانه های اختلال سلوک تاثیرگذار است.
Background: Anger management is one of the most effective prevention programs of risk behaviors and increasing personal and social competence. The objective of this study is to reduce the anger in adolescents with conduct disorder by cognitive-behavioral training
Method: In this study، the pre-test post-test with control group in experimental design is used. Population of study includes all adolescents (18-12 years old) of orphan boy Welfare centers in Gorgan province in 2015. Among all population، 30 people were selected as in access participants. Data were collected by behavioral problems in adolescents self-administered questionnaire and Child Behavior Checklist، questionnaire of Teacher Report Form and aggressive. Analysis of covariance was used to analyze the data.
Results: The results show that the anger management has a significant influence on components of anger like thoughts، behavior and feelings.
Conclusion: Hence، it can be concluded that anger control training as a cognitive therapy is effective in reducing symptoms of conduct disorder.
