Abstract:
این پژوهش در راستای تبیین مهندسی فرهنگ در سازمان های ایرانی به بررسی و تلفیق نظریات ادگار شاین ، رابینز، لیتوین و استرینگر در سه مرحله مختلف اقدام نموده و سپس مولفه های فرهنگ سازمانی مربوط به هر نظریه را معرفی کرده است و این سوال را مطرح می نماید که چگونه م ی توان مدلی را برای مهندسی فرهنگ در سطح سازمان های ایرانی طراحی و ارائه نمود؟ لذا بدنبال پاسخ به این سوال و نیز به منظور تعیین اهمیت هر یک از سطوح و مولفه های مطرح شده با توزیع پرسشنامه ای بین 14 تن از نخبگان و مدیران سازمان توسعه برق ایران و سازمان بازنشستگی کشوری به جمع آوری اطلاعات پرداخته است. این پژوهش به روش توصیفی – پیمایشی انجام گرفته و نتایج حاصله از تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات نشان می دهد که مدل ارائه شده در این پژوهش قابلیت اجرا در سازمان های مختلف را نیز دارد.
This research was done to explain culture engineering in Iranian organizations. The
researcher had studied and combined the theories of Edgar Shine, Robins, Litwin and
Stringer in three different phases. Then, the cultural organizational elements regarding
to each theory has been introduced and the main question of the research has been
stated: How to form a model for culture engineering in the level of Iranian
organizations? Thus, to find the answer to this question and to signify the importance
of each phase and element stated, a questionnaire has been handed out to 14 of the
prodigies and managers of the Iranian Electricity Development Organization and the
Iranian Retirement Organization. This research has been done through the
Description-Measurement method. Finally, the results of the collected questionnaires
showed that the model presented in this research can be used in different
organizations.
