Abstract:
The aim of this study was to investigate the role of cultural factors in the quality of medical care as the hospital is martyr Abbas Mohammadi. For this purpose, the components of cultural values, beliefs, norms, communication, ethnicity, nurses, health care quality was studied sample .hjm 217 nurses Abbas Mohammadi's martyr. . Data collection questionnaire was given to the questionnaire Hofstede. In this study, in order to ensure the validity of research tools with teachers and cultural professionals, and to estimate the reliability of Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient using 702.0 respectively. In this study, to analyze the data, descriptive statistics such as mean, standard deviation and frequency table is used. Raw data and descriptive statistics to characterize them as a percentage, frequency, mean and tables to demonstrate and to evaluate the assumptions of inferential statistics including frequency, mean and standard deviation and inferential statistics, analysis of variance and ANOVA, Friedman test and Kruskal-Wallis and Mann-Whitney test was used. The results showed that the hypothesis has been approved and the significant level indicators show the average rating by cultural factors (00.7), cultural values (01.5), norms of communication (98.3), awareness Nurses (28.2), religious beliefs (16.2) and ethnicity (57.1) rating assigned to And.drntyjh all cultural component of the study on effective performance.
