Abstract:
آرتریت روماتوئید شایع ترین بیماری التهابی مفاصل است که علاوه بر
ناتوانی جسمی,» پریشانی های روانی به میزان زیادی در این بیماران دیده
می شود. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر بررسی میزان شیوع باورهای
وسواسی در بیماران آرتریت روماتوئید و مقایسه آن با افراد سالم بود. در
یک پژوهش علی- مقایسه ای تعداد ۱۰۰ نفر (۵۰ بیمار آرتریت روماتوئید
و ۵۰ نفر از افراد سالم) با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب
و پرسشنامه مشخصات فردی و باورهای وسواسی را تکمیل نمودند. داده ها
با استفاده از شاخص های آمار توصیفی و آزمون آماریتی برای گروه های
مستق تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد 92% از بیماران آرتریت روماتوئید واجد
باورهای وسواسی بودند و در مورد مولفه های باورهای وسواسی %۸۸ در
زمینه «کمال طلبی و قطعیت»» 84%در زمینه «احساس مسئولیت و
ارزیابی خطر و تهدید»» 50% در زمینه «اهمیت و کنترل افکار»» 42% در
زمینه «عامل عام» و 8% در زمینه «انجام کامل آمور» واجد باورهای
وسواسی بودند. مقایسه دو گروه نشان داد در زمینه « باورهای وسواسی
(کل)» «کمال طلبی و قطعیت»» «احساس مسئولیت و ارزیاپی خطر و
تهدید» و «عامل عام» تفاوت معنیدار بود ولی در زمینه «اهمیت و کنترل
افکار» و «انجام کامل امور» تفاوت معنی دار نبود. باورهای وسواسی با فشار
روانی که در افراد برای اجبار عمل به افکار وسواسی ایجاد می کنند.
می توانند سبب انحراف عملکرد سیستم ایمنی و ایجاد اختلالات التهابی
مانند آرتریت روماتوئید شوند.
Rheumatoid arthritis is the most prevalent inflammatory disease of the joints which in addition to physical disability, psychological distress is frequently seen in the individuals suffering from this disease. The aim of this study was to investigate the prevalence of Obsessive beliefs in Rheumatoid Arthritis patients and to compare it with the prevalence of obsessive beliefs in healthy people. In a causal-comparative study, 100 persons (50 patients with rheumatoid arthritis and 50 healthy peoples) were selected using convenience sampling method and Demographic questionnaire and Obsessive beliefs (OBQ- 44) scale were completed. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and statistical analysis Independent T-test. The results showed that 92% of RA patients were
eligible of obsessive beliefs and as for the components of obsessive beliefs 88% of them were eligible in the field
of "Perfection and certainty", 84% in the field of " sense of responsibility and risk assessment and threat", 50% in
the field of "the importance and thought control", 42% in the field of "common factor" and 8% in the field of "complete doing of the affairs". A Comparison of the two groups showed that in the field of "obsessive beliefs (total)", "Perfection and certainty", "sense of
responsibility and threat assessment" and "common factor " there was significant difference, but in the fields of "the
importance of thought control" and "complete doing of the affairs " there was no significant difference.In people
feeling a force to put into action the obsessive thoughts , mental pressure created through obsessive beliefs can
distort the performance of the immune system and can cause inflammatory disorders like rheumatoid arthritis
