Abstract:
مقدمه: نقش پریشانی روانشناختی در سیر بالینی بسیاری از بیماریهای پوستی مورد تائید قرارگرفته است که میتوانند سبب پیشرفت و بروز برخی بیماریهای پوستی شوند. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی آموزش نظمجویی فرآیندی هیجان (PERST) بر پریشانی روانشناختی افراد مبتلا به ویتیلیگو بود. روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع مطالعهی تجربی با طرح تک آزمودنی است که در آن از طرحA B استفاده شد. در این پژوهش6 بار اندازهگیری (یکبار به عنوان خط پایه، چهار بار طی درمان و یکبار نیز در مرحلهی پیگیری) بعمل آمد. از بین بیماران مبتلا به اختلالهای پوستی به مراکز درمانی، تعداد 3 بیمار مبتلا به ویتیلیگو به صورت نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای بهکار رفته در این پژوهش شامل بسته کامل درمان آموزش راهبردهای خود نظمجویی فرآیندی هیجان مبتنی بر مدل گروس، مقیاس افسردگی، اضطراب، استرس (DASS) و مصاحبهی بالینی ساختیافته برای اختلالهای محور Iدر DSM-IV (SCID-I) بود. یافتهها: نتایج پژوهش حاکی از روند کاهشی پایدار نمرات مقیاس پریشانی روانشناختی و مؤلفههای افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس بیماران بود که بیانگر اثربخشی آموزش PERST در کاهش متغیرهای مذکور است. نتیجهگیری: پریشانی روانشناختی نقش مستعد کننده، تسریعکننده و تداومبخش را در بیماریهای پوستی مانند ویتیلیگو و متعاقباً جنبههای دیگر زندگیشان بازی میکند و آموزش PERSTمیتواند با کاهش آن نقش مهمی را به عنوان درمانهای کمکی و توانبخشی در کنار درمانهای پزشکی ایفا کند.
Introduction: The role of psychological distress has been approved in the clinical course of skin diseases which can lead to the development and incidence of some skin diseases. The aim of this study was to examine the effectiveness of processing emotion regulation strategies training (PERST) in psychological distress (PD) of patient with vitiligo.
Method: This study is an experimental study with a single subject in which design A B were used. The study measured 6 times (once as a baseline، four times، once during treatment and in the follow up) was performed. Among patients with skin disorders treatment centers، 3 patients with vitiligo disease were recruited through convenient sampling. The instruments of research were include the complete package of PERST based on Gross Model، Depression، Anxiety، Stress Scale (DASS) and structured clinical interview for axis I disorders in DSM-IV (SCID-I).
Results: The results showed a stable downward trend for PD scale scores and the components of depression، anxiety and stress that reflects the effectiveness of PERST in these variables.
Conclusion: Psychological distress role in predisposing، precipitating and continuation of skin diseases، including vitiligo and subsequently in other aspects of their lives and PERST can play an important role by reducing PD as adjunctive and Rehabilitation therapies with medical treatment.
