Abstract:
ﭼﻜﻴﺪه
ﻫﺪف از ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ، ﺗﻌﻴﻴﻦ راﺑﻄﻪ ﺑﻴﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺧﺎﻧﻮاده و اﺑﻌﺎد آن ﺣﻞ ﻣﺸﻜﻞ، ﻧﻘﺶﻫﺎ،ﻫﻤﺮاﻫﻲ ﻋﺎﻃﻔﻲ، ارﺗﺒﺎط، آﻣﻴﺰش ﻋﺎﻃﻔﻲ، ﻛﻨﺘﺮل رﻓﺘﺎر، ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﻛﻠﻲ( ﺑﺎ ﺳﻼﻣﺖ روان و اﺑﻌﺎد آن ﻋﻼﺋﻢ ﺟﺴﻤﺎﻧﻲ، ﻋﻼﺋﻢ اﺿﻄﺮاﺑﻲ و اﺧﺘﻼل ﺧﻮاب، ﻋﻼﺋﻢ اﻓﺴﺮدﮔﻲ، ﻋﻼﺋﻢ اﺧﺘﻼل در ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻲ( در داﻧﺸﺠﻮﻳﺎن ورزﺷﻜﺎر ﻣﺮد و زن ﺷﺮﻛﺖ ﻛﻨﻨﺪه در اﻟﻤﭙﻴﺎد ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﻲ ورزﺷﻲ داﻧﺸﮕﺎهﻫﺎ و ﻣﺆﺳﺴﺎت آﻣﻮزش ﻋﺎﻟﻲ ﻛﺸﻮر در ﺗﺎﺑﺴﺘﺎن ﺳﺎل 1391 ﺑﻮد. روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻮع ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﻲ ﺑﻮد. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎری را 3690 داﻧﺸﺠﻮﻳﺎن ﭘﺴﺮ 2130 ﺷﺮﻛﺖ ﻛﻨﻨﺪه( و دﺧﺘﺮ )1560 ﺷﺮﻛﺖ ﻛﻨﻨﺪه( ﺷﺮﻛﺖ ﻛﻨﻨﺪه در ﻳﺎزدﻫﻤﻴﻦ اﻟﻤﭙﻴﺎد ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﻲ ورزﺷﻲ داﻧﺸﮕﺎهﻫﺎ و ﻣﺆﺳﺴﺎت آﻣﻮزش ﻋﺎﻟﻲ در دو ﺷﻬﺮ اروﻣﻴﻪ ﭘﺴﺮان( و ﺑﻴﺮﺟﻨﺪ دﺧﺘﺮان( ﺗﺸﻜﻴﻞ داد. از ﻣﻴﺎن ﺷﺮﻛﺖﻛﻨﻨﺪهﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺟﺪول ﻛﺮجﭼﻲ و ﻣﻮرﮔﺎن 338 ﺷﺮﻛﺖ ﻛﻨﻨﺪه ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺗﻌﻴﻴﻦ ﺷﺪ. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﻳﻦ ﻛﻪ 58 از ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎری را داﻧﺸﺠﻮﻳﺎن ﭘﺴﺮ ﺗﺸﻜﻴﻞ داد، ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺷﺮﻛﺖﻛﻨﻨﺪهﻫﺎی اﻳﻦ ﮔﺮوه در ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ، 196 ﺷﺮﻛﺖ ﻛﻨﻨﺪه ﺑﻮد و ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﻳﻦ ﻛﻪ 42 از ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎری را داﻧﺸﺠﻮﻳﺎن دﺧﺘﺮ ﺗﺸﻜﻴﻞ داد، ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺷﺮﻛﺖ ﻛﻨﻨﺪهﻫﺎی اﻳﻦ ﮔﺮوه در ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ، 142 ﺷﺮﻛﺖ ﻛﻨﻨﺪه ﺑﻮد. اﺑﺰار ﺟﻤﻊآوری اﻃﻼﻋﺎت را ﭘﺮﺳﺶﻧﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎی ﻣﺸﺨﺼﺎت ﻓﺮدی، ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺧﺎﻧﻮاده )FAD( و ﺳﻼﻣﺖ روان GHQ-28( ﺗﺸﻜﻴﻞ دادﻧﺪ. ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ دادهﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺿﺮﻳﺐ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﻲ ﭘﻴﺮﺳﻮن اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ 0/05< P(. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﺑﻴﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺧﺎﻧﻮاده و اﺑﻌﺎد ﻫﻔﺖﮔﺎﻧﻪ آن ﺑﺎ ﺳﻼﻣﺖ روان و اﺑﻌﺎد ﭼﻬﺎرﮔﺎﻧﻪ آن راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﻲداری وﺟﻮد دارد. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﻛﻲ از وﺟﻮد ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﻬﻢ ﺧﺎﻧﻮاده ﺑﺮ ﺳﻼﻣﺖ روان داﻧﺸﺠﻮﻳﺎن ﻣﺮد و زن ورزﺷﻜﺎر اﺳﺖ.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between family
function and seven dimensions (problem solving, roles, affective
responsiveness, communication, affective involvement, control of behavior and
main performance, with mental health and four dimension (Physical symptom,
anxiety symptom, sleep disturbance, depression symptom, disturbance of social
performance) among male and female students have been participated in the
sport Olympics at the summer of 1391. In order to study the research
methodology was a survey and it is descriptive-correlation which was used
reliable and standard questionnaires with high validity and reliability for data
collection. In this research the statistical population contain 3690 students which
are 2130 male and 1560 female student that have participated in the Eleventh
sport-culture Olympics in Oromiye (female Students) and Birjand (male
Students) of Iran. With consideration to size and accessibility of sampling
method, Krejcie and Morgan table was used and 338 participants were selected
as a sample size. After that regarding the this matter 58% of statistical
population was male as well as 42% female. Finally to determine sample size,
196 male students and 42 female students were selected by sample randomly. In
order to data collection three questionnaires which are; Demographic
information, Family assess men device and general health questionnaire were
used. For analyzing the data Spearman's Rank Correlation Coefficient and multi
regression were applied. The results of this study indicated that considering
with the P-Value by Pearson Correlation Coefficient there was a correlation
between the Family Function and seven dimensions with Mental Health and five
dimensions; it means that there exists a positive and meaningful significant
relationship among these different variables, and also regarding with analysis of
variance the results of the study showed that 18% deviation of physical
symptom through affective responsiveness, 11% deviation of anxiety symptom
and sleep disturbance through affective involvement and main family function,
16.9% deviation of depression symptom through affective responsiveness and
involvement and main family function and also 60.3% deviation of mental
health through seven dimensionS of family function were predicted.

بنابراين ، با توجه به نقش خانواده و عملکرد آن در تامين يا عدم تامين سلامت روان افراد، هدف از مطالعه حاضر، تعيين رابطه بين عملکرد خانواده و ابعاد آن (حل مشکل ، نقش ها، همراهي عاطفي ، ارتباط ، آميزش عاطفي ، کنترل رفتار، عملکرد کلي ) با سلامت روان و ابعاد آن (علائم جسماني ، علائم اضطرابي و اختلال خواب ، علائم افسردگي ، علائم اختلال در عملکرد اجتماعي ) در دانشجويان ورزشکار مرد و زن شرکت کننده در المپياد فرهنگي ورزشي دانشگاه ها و مؤسسات آموزش عالي کشور در تابستان سال ١٣٩١ بود.
بحث نتيجه گيري هدف از مطالعه حاضر، تعيين رابطه بين عملکرد خانواده و ابعاد آن (حل مشکل ، نقش ها، همراهي عاطفي ، ارتباط ، آميزش عاطفي ، کنترل رفتار، عملکرد کلي ) با سلامت روان و ابعاد آن (علائم جسماني ، علائم اضطرابي و اختلال خواب ، علائم افسردگي ، علائم اختلال در عملکرد اجتماعي ) در دانشجويان ورزشکار مرد و زن شرکت کننده در المپياد فرهنگي ورزشي دانشگاه ها و مؤسسات آموزش عالي کشور در تابستان سال ١٣٩١ بود.
پنجمين يافته مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که بين عملکرد خانواده و هر يک از ابعاد هفت گانه آن با سلامت روان دانشجويان ورزشکار مرد و زن شرکت کننده در المپياد فرهنگي ورزشي دانشگاه ها و مؤسسات آموزش عالي کشور در تابستان سال ١٣٩١ رابطه مثبت و معني داري وجود دارد.
