Abstract:
هدف از انجام این پژوهش، اعتباریابی پرسشنامه عوامل بازاریابی مؤثر بر تصمیم گیری مشتریان در باشگاهایی ورزشی با رویکرد امیخته بازاریابی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کلیه مشتریان مرد باشگاه‌های ورزشی (آمادگی جسمانی وبدنسازی) شهر قزوین (1500=N) تشکیل دادند. با استفاده از جدول مورگان نمونه آماری برابر با 250 نفر برآورد گردید که به صورت تصادفی- خوشه‌ای انتخاب شدند. به منظور گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه عوامل بازاریابی مؤثر بر تصمیم-گیری مشتریان (رنجبریان، 1385) که دارای 4 مؤلفه ترویج، قیمت، مکان و محصول می‌باشد، استفاده شد. روش امتیازگذاری به سؤالات بر مبنای مقیاس لیکرت 5 ارزشی بود. روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسشنامه با کمک متخصصان تعیین شد. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون‌های آماری ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای پایایی درونی، آزمونKMOبرای تعیین کفایت نمونه‌گیری، تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی برای شناسایی مؤلفه‌ها و تحلیل عاملی تأییدی برای تعیین روایی سازه در نرم افزارهای آماری SPSSو LISRELاستفاده گردید. نتایج نشان داد که پایایی پرسشنامه عوامل بازاریابی مؤثر بر بازاریابی مشتریان 86/0 است. تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی با چرخش متمایل نشان داد که پرسشنامه از چهار عامل 1- ترویج، 2-قیمت، 3- مکان و 4- محصول اشباع شده است.این چهار عامل در مجموع قادر بودند 56/64 درصد از واریانس کل را تبیین کنند. در خصوص روایی سازه سؤالات رابطه معنی‌داری با عامل خود داشتند و توانستند پیشگوی خوبی برای عامل خود باشند. شاخص‌های نسبت X2 به df(02/3)، 075/0=RMSEA، 93/0=CFI، 90/0=NFIو 93/0=RFIبرازندگی مدل را تأیید نمودند. در نهایت روایی درونی و بیرونی مدل "عوامل بازاریابی مؤثر بر تصمیم گیری مشتریان" مورد تأیید قرار گرفت.
The purpose of this study was to validate the questionnaire,

analysis to determine the validity of the statistical software
SPSS 18 version and LISREL was used. The results showed
that marketing factors affecting the reliability of the
questionnaire Customer Marketing 86/0. Exploratory factor
analysis indicated that the questionnaire was incline rotation of
four factors:1-promoted2- Price3-and4places- the product is
saturated. These four factors together were capable of56/64%
of their total variance. All questions concerning the validity of
his agent had a significant relation prediction could be good for
your cause index of X2 with respect to df (02/3), 075/0 =
RMSEA, 93/0 = CFI, 90/0 = NFIand93/0 = RFI confirmed the
suitability model. The internal and external validity "model of
marketing factors affecting customers 'decision" was
confirmed.
