The results showed that most of the education experts of the state departments of south Khorasan province agree with the outsourcing of organizational training in the scope, purpose, domain, content, duration and educational process.
The population sample in this study was the managerial members of the company (managers and supervisors) which included 214 individuals at the time, and was conducted by a census method, the structural equation modeling is utilized for data analyzing.
