Abstract:
عدالت عنصری راهبردی است که همواره مورد توجه پژوهشگران بوده است، میتوان گفت که برداشت از این مفهوم و توجه به ریشه عدالت در همه بخشهای خود وجه تمایز مکاتب فکری اندیشمندان در حوزه علوم مختلف بوده است. این تمایزات به دلیل نوع جهان‌بینی و انسان‌شناسی است. ازاین‌رو هدف مقاله حاضر بررسی عدالتسیاسی در اندیشه سیاسی آیت‌الله جوادی آملی و اندیشه سیاسی جان راولز میباشد. یافتههای پژوهش بیانگر آن است که عدالسیاسی در اندیشه آیت‌الله جوادی آملی به دلیل روششناسی چند لایهای، مطلقگرایی و توجه به انسان الهی دو بعدی، به مثابه حقیقت است که هرچه غیر از آن باشد باطل است و عدالتسیاسی متعالیه را به همراه دارد که از شدن انسان در مسیر کمال سخن میگوید. در حالیکه عدالتسیاسی در اندیشه جان راولز متقدم و متاخر به دلیل تک لایهای بودن روششناسی،نسبیگرا و توجه صرف به ماده و تک بعدی بودن انسان و به مثابه انصاف است. عدالتسیاسی در هر دو شخصیت راولز ابزاری برای رسیدن به سود و قدرت است،به طورکلی برآیند عدالتسیاسی در اندیشه جان راولز، متدانیه میباشد.
