Abstract:
The aim of this study was to examine the relationship between organizational health and

Gorgan. The research methodology was descriptive, correlational research is survey. The
target population included all employees of National Bank branches in the city Gorgan to
300 people. The sample proportional to the number of people using Morgan table 196 and
