Abstract:
برنامه درسی کارورزی رشته‌های دانشگاه فرهنگیان، از سال 1393 به اجرا درآمده است. این برنامه بیش از دوازده درصد زمان آموزش را به خود اختصاص داده و درصدد است تا فرصت لازم برای تجربه به کارگیری دانش نظری در موقعیت عملی را فراهم کند. پرسش این است که «دانشجو معلمان» تحت پوشش این برنامه دوساله، چه تجربه‌ای کسب کرده‌اند؟ در این مقاله تلاش می‌شود تا تجربه زیسته دانشجو معلمان اولین نوبت اجرای این برنامه با به کارگیری روش پدیدارشناسی و از طریق مصاحبه با یازده نفر از آنان، بازخوانی و بر اساس آن، تصویری از آثار برنامه‌های کارورزی ترسیم گردد. تجربه این گروه نشان می‌دهد که برنامه جدید کارورزی دارای «اثربخشی» بوده و توانسته است رضایت دانشجو معلمان را کسب کند، شایستگی آنان را افزایش دهد و به شکل‌گیری هویت معلمی آنان، کمک نماید. باوجوداین، اجرای برنامه کارورزی با مسائلی از جمله ضعف آموزش کارگزاران مواجه است ولی می‌تواند اعتلا یابد.
The internship curriculum of the Farhangian University has been implemented since 2014. The program employs more than 12% of the training time and seeks to provide the opportunity to experience the application of theoretical knowledge in practical situations. The question is: “what experience has the student covered under this two-year program?” In this article, we seek to review the experience of the students, the first turn of the program, through an interview with 11 students, and a picture of the effects of the internship program. The experience of this group shows that the new program of internship has been "effective" and has been able to satisfy the students’ expecttaions, increase their competence and help shape and improve their teacher's identity. However, the implementation of the internship program is faced with a number of problems, including the lack of training of the brokers which could be purposefully improved.
