Abstract:
اهداف: تعهد شغلی یکی از ویژگی‌های رابطه مثبت بین یک سازمان و کارکنان آن است که موجبات اثربخشی و ارتقای سطح عملکرد سازمان را به‌خوبی فراهم می‌نماید. با توجه به اهمیت این امر، این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تاثیر بهزیستی ذهنی و کیفیت زندگی کاری بر تعهد شغلی کارکنان بیمارستان تخصصی و روان‌پزشکی ایثار اردبیل انجام شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: در این پژوهش توصیفی- همبستگی در سال 1397، کلیه کارکنان بیمارستان ایثار شهید پاریاب اردبیل به تعداد 180 نفر وارد مطالعه شده و مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، پرسش‌نامه تعهد شغلی بلاو، پرسش‌نامه استاندارد کیفیت زندگی کاری والتون و مقیاس بهزیستی ذهنی کییز و ماگیارمو بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون گام‌به‌گام و از طریق نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS 23 انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: بین نمره بهزیستی ذهنی (0.78=r؛ 0.01p<) و کیفیت زندگی کاری (0.42=r؛ 0.01p<) کارکنان بیمارستان با تعهد شغلی آنها همبستگی مثبت و معنی‌داری وجود داشت. بهزیستی ذهنی به‌تنهایی 60.8% واریانس تعهد شغلی کارکنان بیمارستان را تبیین کرد و با اضافه‌شدن کیفیت زندگی کاری میزان تبیین واریانس تعهد شغلی به 62.0% رسید (0.01p<).
نتیجه‌گیری: بهزیستی ذهنی و کیفیت زندگی کاری بالا باعث افزایش تعهد شغلی در کارکنان بیمارستان می‌شود.
<div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span dir="LTR">Aims:</span></strong><span dir="LTR"> Job</span> <span dir="LTR">commitment is one of the characteristics of the relationship between an organization and its employees. Regarding the importance of this issue, the present study was conducted with the aim of determining the relationship between subjective well-being and quality of working life with job commitment of staff of specialist hospital and psychiatry of Isar Shahid Parayeb Ardabil. </span><br>
<strong>Instrument & Methods:</strong> In the present descriptive correlational study, all the staff of Isar hospital in 2018 were selected as available sample and were examined. The instruments, including Blavo Career Commitment Scale (1985), standard questionnaire of quality of working life of Walton (1973) and subjective well-being scale of Keyes and Magyar-Moe (2003) were used to collect the required information. The data were analyzed by SPSS 23 software using Pearson correlation coefficient and multivariate regression analysis.<br>

<strong>Findings</strong>: Subjective well-being and quality of working life were positively and statistically significant (p = 10), but the highest percentage of changes and differences in job satisfaction scores (60.8%) were due to mental well-being (p = 0.001) . However, the quality of working life has been effective despite the effectiveness of about 1.2% in employee job engagement scores.<br>
<strong>Conclusion: </strong>Improvement of mental well-being can increase the job commitment of employees and thus provide better services to clients.<br>
