Abstract:
پژوهش حاضر با بررسی رابطه بین احساس تنهایی و سلامت روان با اعتیاد به اینترنت دانشآموزان پسر مقطع اول متوسطه شهر ساری میباشد که در سال تحصیلی -1397-1396 انجام شد. روش پژوهش، توصیفی- همبستگی بوده و جامعه آماری شامل دانشآموزان پسر مقطع متوسطه منطقه یک ساری، که بر اساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان 357 نفر به طور نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند و به آزمونهای سلامت روان گلدبرگ(1979)، احساس تنهایی اجتماعی عاطفی دی توماتسو و همکاران (2004)، اعتیاد به اینترنت یانگ (1999) پاسخ دادند. نتایج با آزمونهای آزمون t تک متغیره ،ماتریس همبستگی و آزمون رگرسیون چند گانه مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که احساس تنهایی و سلامت روان با اعتیاد به اینترنت دانشآموزان رابطه دارد. میزان احساس تنهایی، سلامت روان، اعتیاد به اینترنت دانشآموزان، به طور معناداری پایینتر از حد متوسط میباشد. بین مؤلفههای احساس تنهایی و سلامت روان با اعتیاد به اینترنت دانشآموزان، رابطه وجود دارد. همچنین نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نیز حاکی از آن است که سهم هر یک از مؤلفههای احساس تنهایی و سلامت روان، در پیشبینی اعتیاد به اینترنت دانشآموزان، متفاوت است.چنانچه تنهایی رمانتیک 19/0، علائم افسردگی 25/0، به ترتیب بیشترین سهم در پیشبینی اعتیاد به اینترنت دانشآموزان داشتند. نتیجه این که اعتیاد به اینترنت، میتواند احساس تنهایی و سلامت روان دانشآموزان را تهدید نماید.
The present study was conducted to investigate the relationship between loneliness and mental health with Internet addiction among high school boys in the city of Sari in 1396-1397. The research method was descriptive-correlational. The statistical population consisted of high school boy students in a district one. Based on Krejcie and Morgan's tables, 357 people were selected by simple random sampling and were assigned to Goldberg’s mental health tests, socio-emotional emotions And Yangetal's Internet addiction questionnair The results were analyzed by single-variable t-test, correlation matrix and multiple regression test. Results showed that there was a relationship between loneliness and mental health with Internet addiction among students. The level of loneliness, mental health, internet addiction among students was significantly lower than the average. There is a relationship between the components of loneliness and mental health with Internet addiction among students. Along with the results of regression analysis, the contribution of each component of loneliness and health in predicting online addiction to students was different. As romantic loneliness was 0.19, the symptoms of depression are 0.25, The largest contributors to the prediction of the Internet addiction were students, as Internet addiction could threaten students' sense of loneliness and mental health. It was essential for the proper use of the Internet, the benefits and disadvantages of the virtual world of the Internet, culture building and proper education at the family and community level.
