Abstract:
عصر حاضر مملو از نیروهایی است که بر اشکال گوناگون زندگی انسان اثرگذار است و موجب آشوب، ابهام، گسستگی، تغییرپذیری، بی ثباتی و عدم قطعیت فزاینده در درک پدیده ها و ارائۀ راه حل برای مسائل اصلی زندگی شده است. دانش علمی و فناورانه به پیشرفته ترین سطح خود رسیده است؛ به طوری که سرعت فزایندۀ پیشرفت در فناوری های نوین، انسان را از فشار کارهای فرسایشی رهانیده، زندگی اش را آسان تر و غنی تر کرده است، اما به جای آسایش، ناآرامی، بی قراری و فشارهای روحی و روانی مهلکی را برای انسان به ارمغان آورده، او را بردۀ فناوری کرده است. علاوه براین، مسائل مربوط به توسعه، فساد اقتصادی، تخریب محیط زیست، استفاده از سلاح های کشتار جمعی، درگیری های سیاسی در سطوح ملی و بین المللی، بی عدالتی، افراط گرایی، دموکراسی سازی، حکمرانی، و سایر مسائل فردی، سازمانی، اجتماعی و جهانی نیازمند چیزی بیش از دانش موجود در دنیاست. «حکمت»، فراتر از دانش علمی و فناورانه، مفهومی است که میان عقلانیت ابزاری و عقلانیت ارزشی توازن برقرار می کند، ارزش ها و اخلاقیات را مدنظر قرار می دهد، مشکلات زندگی را برطرف می کند، نفع عامه را تأمین می کند، و زندگی بهتری را برای انسان فراهم می آورد. هدف این پژوهش ارائۀ مفهوم «دانشگاه حکیمانه » و تبیین نقش و مأموریت خطیر نسل جدیدی از دانشگاه ها، مؤسسات آموزش عالی و سایر نهادها و مؤسسات علمی، آموزشی، و پژوهشی در حل مسائل زندگی فردی و اجتماعی انسان است.
The present era is full of forces that influence on the different forms of living and cause increasingly chaos, ambigiuity, discontinuity, changeableness, and uncertainty in the understanding of phenomena and representing solutions for living’s main problems. The scientific and technological knowledge have been reached to the highest level ever before; so that increasingly speed progress in the new technologies liberated the human from exhausting physical labor, and maked his life easier and richer; but instead of rest and comfortableness living, it introduce a grave restlessness and psychological pressure into his life and make him a slave to this technology. Further, relevant problems to the development, economic corruption, environment destruction, using mass destruction weapons, political conflicts in national and international levels, injustice, extremism, democratization, governance, and other individual, organizational, social, and global problems needs something more than existing knowledge in the world. Wisdom, beyond scientific and technological knowledge, is a concept that is able to create balance between instrumental rationality and value rationality, to pay attention to the values and ethics, to resolve living problems, to serve the common good, and to provide a better living for human. Therefore, the purpose of the present study is to represent the concept of “Wise University” and to explain the crucial role and mission of the new generation of universities, higher education institutions, and other scientific, educational, and research institutions in the resolving of individual and social problems of human living.
