Abstract:
امروزه، با توجه به توسعه و تنوع محصولات شرکت‌ها و رقابت شدید میان آنها، سازمان‌های تولیدی باید به اندازه کافی انعطاف‌پذیر باشند تا از یک‌سو بتوانند تهدیدات غیرقابل پیش‌بینی در آینده نامطمئن و محیط بی‌ثبات را مدیریت کرده و از سوی دیگر از فرصت‌های موجود بهره کامل را ببرند. هدف اصلی این پژوهش تأثیر سنجش بازار، چابکی زنجیره تأمین و قابلیت تطبیق‌پذیری آن بر دوسوتوانی زنجیره تأمین و روش تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت، توصیفی – پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق مدیران و کارشناسان شرکت ایران خودرو می‌باشد. حجم جامعه آماری برابر با 150 نفر است. روش نمونه‌گیری در این تحقیق تصادفی، طبقه‌ا‌ی است. برای تعیین حجم نمونه از فرمول کوکران استفاده شده و حجم نمونه آن برابر با 123 نفر تعیین شد. برای گردآوری داده‌ها نیز از پرسش‌نامه استاندارد 18 گویه‌ا‌ی استفاده شده بود. پیش از توزیع این پرسش‌نامه محقق باید از روایی و پایایی آن مطمئن شد. در ضمن برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار Smart PLS استفاده شد. نتایج نشان‌دهنده این بود که قابلیت سنجش بازار بر چابکی زنجیره تأمین و قابلیت تطبیق‌پذیری تأثیرگذار است. از سوی دیگر چابکی زنجیره تأمین و قابلیت تطبیق‌پذیری بر دوسوتوانی زنجیره تأمین تأثیرگذار بود. همچنین نقش میانجی چابکی زنجیره تأمین در تأثیرگذاری قابلیت تطبیق‌پذیری بر دوستوانی زنجیره تأمین مورد تأیید بوده است.
Today, due to the development and diversification of companies' products, as well as the intense competition between them, manufacturing organizations must be flexible enough to manage unpredictable threats in the unreliable future and unstable environment, and on the other hand, take advantage of the opportunities available. The main objective of this research is the impact of market sensing, supply chain agility and adaptive capability on supply chain Ambidexterity. The research method has been applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey nature. The statistical population of this research is directors and experts of Iran Khodro Company. The size of the statistical society is 150 people. The method of sampling in this research was random sampling. To determine the sample size, the Cochran formula was used and the sample size was 123. A standard questionnaire of 18 items was used for collecting data. Prior to distributing this questionnaire, the researcher's reliability and reliability were assured. Smart PLS software was used to analyze the data. The results indicate that market capability sensing has an impact on supply chain agility and adaptive. The supply chain agility and adaptive capability has been affected on supply chain Ambidexterity. Also, the role of supply chain agility mediator in adaptive capability on supply chain Ambidexterity has been confirmed.
