Abstract:
در دنیای امروز ما چندین میلیون نفر درآن‌واحد متصل به رسانه های ارتباطی اجتماعی هستند. اخیراً یکی از بهترین روش‌هایی که از آن طریق شرکت تجاری هزینه‌هایش را کاهش می‌دهد، گرایش به‌سوی بازاریابی از طریق رسانه‌های اجتماعی است. علیرغم این‌که این حوزه در مقایسه با بازاریابی تجاری بسیار نوپا است، امـا نقش و اهمیت آن در توسعه اجتماعی موجب شده است تا شـدیداً موردتوجه و اقبال عمومی قـرار گیـرد. هدف از این تحقیق بررسی نقش واسط تصویر برند و آگاهی از برند در رابطه بین بازاریابی از طریق رسانه‌های اجتماعی و تبلیفات شفاهی الکترونیکی در مشتریان برند ورزشی مجید می‌باشد. گردآوری داده‌ها از طریق 455 پرسشنامه انجام شد. بررسی روابط میان متغیرها از طریق مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری و با کمک نرم‌افزار AMOS صورت گرفت. نتایج حاکی از آن بود که بازاریابی از طریق رسانه های اجتماعی رابطه مثبت با آگاهی و تصویر برند دارد، رابطه مثبت بازاریابی از طریق رسانه های اجتماعی نیز با بازاریابی شفاهی الکترونیک تایید شد. تصویر و آگاهی از برند نیز در رابطه بین بازاریابی اجتماعی و بازاریابی شفاهی نقش میانجی‌گری مثبت دارد.
In today's world, millions of people are connected to social networks. Recently, one of the best ways in which a business company reduces its costs is the tendency towards marketing through social media. Despite the fact that this area is relatively new to commercial marketing, its role and importance in social development has led to a great deal of public attention. the purpose of this investigation is Investigation relationship between social media marketing and electronic word of mouth with the mediator role of brand awareness and brand image In Majid Sportswear Customers. Data collection was done through 455 questionnaires. The relationship between variables was investigated through structural equation modeling with AMOS software. The results indicated that the social media marketing has a positive impact on brand awareness and image; the positive impact of social media marketing has also been confirmed on electronic word of mouth. brand image has a positive mediating role in the relationship between social marketing and Electronic word of mouth. Also, the brand mediation relationship was confirmed.
