Abstract:
گرمایش‌جهانی یکی از چالش برانگیزترین پدیده‌های محیطی در سیستم‌های اقلیمی است که امروزه توجه بسیاری از کشورها را در رابطه با مسائل زمین به خود جلب نموده است. این پدیده، امروزه به دلیل تبدیل شدن به یک عامل در ایجاد فضای رقابت در نظام بین‌الملل، وارد مباحث روابط بین‌الملل و ژئوپولیتیک شده است و آن را کانون مطالعات امنیتی سده‌ی بیست و یکم قرارداده است. مقاله حاضر میکوشد پیامدهای گرمایش جهانی و چالش‌های بین‌المللی ناشی از آن را در راستای موقعیت ژئوپولیتیک کشورها و نیز نگرش و موضع‌گیری آن‌ها مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار دهد. به همین منظور ابتدا روند تغییرات دما و تراز آب دریا با استفاده از خروجی مدلهای گردش عمومی جو تحت سناریوهای A و B و با استفاده از مدل MAGICC-SCENGEN شبیهسازی شد. در گام بعد آثار گرمایش‌جهانی بر سیستم‌های ژئوپولیتیک در نظام بین‌الملل با استفاده از نتایج حاصل از سناریوهای انتشار مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد تفاوت این سناریوها تا سال 2100 در شدت بیشتر و یا کمتر در تغییرات دمای جهان و یا بالاآمدن سطح آب دریاهاست. به طوری که که هر دو سناریو روند افزایشی را مورد تایید قرار دادند. در عین حال برخی مناطق، از درجه آسیب پذیری بیشتری برخوردار خواهند بود و در مجموع توزیع نابرابری را در سطح جهان خواهد داشت. از طرفی این شرایط ارتباط معناداری با موقعیت ژئوپولیتیک کشورها دارد و دیدگاه‌های مختلفی را بر سیاست خارجی کشورها تحمیل نموده است. در این راستا ارائه برخی راهکارها مانند تنظیم نمودن طرح‌های ملی، مدیریت محلی تولید گازهای گلخانهای و...، از جمله راهکارهای ایجاد توازن در آرایش نظام ژئوپولیتیک جهانی خواهد بود.
