Abstract:
امروزه، تاب‌آوری راهی برای تقویت جوامع محلی با استفاده از ظرفیت‌های آن‌ها نسبت به سوانح طبیعی مطرح می‌شود. در این راستا، هدف این پژوهش تحلیل و ارزیابی ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های تاب‌آوری اجتماعی - اقتصادی اجتماعات محلی بخش آفتاب است. روش تحقیق در این بررسی توصیفی- تحلیلی بوده که آمار و اطلاعات آن با استفاده از پرسشنامه به‌دست‌آمده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل 7811 خانوار ساکن در دو دهستان خلازیر و آفتاب است که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران، نمونه‌ای به حجم 216 نفر از بین آن‌ها با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی انتخاب گردید. در این پژوهش به‌منظور وزن دهی شاخص‌ها از تکنیک دلفی و به‌منظور تحلیل داده‌ها در راستای سطح‌بندی سکونتگاه‌های روستایی از تکنیک پرامیتی استفاده گردیده است. بر اساس یافته‌های تحقیق تنها شاخص شرایط شغلی و درآمدی با میانگین 3.41 بالاتر از حد متوسط سطح تاب‌آوری قرار دارد. و ویژگی‌های جمعیتی، آگاهی و دانش نسبت به بلایای طبیعی در شرایط متوسطی از سطح تاب‌آوری هستند و شاخص‌های پیوند و همکاری‌های اجتماعی و ظرفیت جبران خسارات مالی در پایین‌تر از سطح متوسط تاب‌آوری قرارگرفته‌اند. نتایج پرامیتی نشان داد روستاهای نعمت‌آباد، صالح‌آباد و مرتضی گرد در رتبه‌های اول تا سوم هستند. همچنین نتایج تحلیل کریجینگ نشان داد وضعیت تاب‌آوری اجتماعی اقتصادی در منطقه موردمطالعه در نواحی مرکز و شمال بخش در وضعیت نامناسب و در مناطق جنوبی و شمال غربی در وضعیت بهتری قرار دارند.
Among the natural disasters of the earthquake, it has a special position because it causes more damage than severe floods and storms, as it occurs almost without fear of any warning. Due to Iran's location on the Alp-Himalayas earthquake belt, earthquakes sometimes shake different regions of the country and with their effects and consequences have incurred irreparable damage in various social, economic and environmental dimensions, especially in rural areas. For this reason, it disrupts the development of a settlement or region. <br />Based on numerous studies carried out in Tehran, including the Aftab area in this city, in terms of vulnerability to earthquakes in high risk areas are very high. In this regard, the study of socio-economic capacities of communities in increasing the resilience and recognizing the dimensions of resilience in local communities is important and can be considered in future plans. Accordingly, the present study aims to investigate the socioeconomic resilience capacity and its spatial analysis in the villages of Aphat district in Tehran using primate techniques. <br />Today, resiliency is proposed as a way to strengthen local communities against the natural disasters by using their capacities. In this regard, the aim of this study is to analyze and evaluate the different dimensions of social economic resilience of rural communities in Aftab district of Tehran County.
